I guess it's logistics difficulties caused by human and natural events. I heard there was a typhoon or something like that in the regions of China recently.

I believe it is a temporary problem sha because they were not like this before. They even delivered one of my packages in 12days before.

Let's hope they resolve their issues as soon as possible.
That's for China Post & Singapore Post, what accounts for Post NL that is in Europe failing to deliver. My Item in a plane to Ng since 22.08.17 from Netherlands.
I want to suspect that all these delayed parcels with Depart from China, Singapore, Netherlands, etc have actually landed in Nigeria but held by either Post Office Exchange Hub in Lagos or Customs (a case of dereliction of responsibility by Nigerian officials) This was what Post NL official suggested to me yesterday.
If anyone has the phone no of either the Post Master General or Minister of Communications or any postal official that we can lay complaints on, it will help expose this rot in our postal system.

As you can see: I have Controversial / upcoming in-front of some device.. So its under Maybe or Maybe..

The listed device is/are capable of receiving the Update..

But lets wait and see sah..

But we are saying the same thing. The oreo update the other guy posted wasn't pushed by xiaomi, that's why older devices like redmi note 3 have it already. It all depends on the availability of developers and testers.

You will definitely get your item this week. It may have arrived last week but due to the Salah holiday, it wasn't updated in the system.
The only time I experienced delay with PostNL was during the previous Salah
