Please house help a sister, my sister inlaw applied for south african visa and it was denied based on insufficient funds, she got her reply today, the person sponsoring her presented his south african account of which we thought her own account wont be a problem, please is it compulsory that she will stay for 6 months before reapplying and how much is needed in her own account?

You are qualified for a critical skill permit but you need to follow all the process...E.g SAQA evaluation and membership with IITPSA9check full meaning on google)...IT is one of the major scarce skills around but protocol needs to be followed.

Well done here Boz, I travelled to sa 2yrs ago and I spent 11days out of 2weeks given/ issued on my passport but now am planning to go back through the Critical Skill permit under Plumber skill pls what are the document do I need to back it up Ma/Sir God bless

firstly you must prove you have the required level of Education and experience required to work as a plumber in SA. usually its five years post graduate experience, you will join the professional body relevant to your skill area, process SAQA etc

Wrote a long letter earlier just to discover its no where to be found , anyway, is there a need for me to include my salary account bank statement with my SA visa application ( i have a balance of 14k because i don't leave money in the account) though my sponsor in SA has sent his own bank statement. is it necessary for me to include the bank statement just as a proof of regular salary-paid job or do i just make do with my sponsor's own please i need a quick response because i will be submitting my visa application this week.
