So wildlife conservation should not be a Nigerian thing? Even very small African countries are into vigorous wildlife conservation while you all ignorantly deplete yours. Poaching is a very serious crime in sane countries but in Nigeria, it is nothing. In Indonesia, for instance, you can get 5 - 20 years for poaching. In Kenya, you can get life behind bars for killing an elephant without a license. In 2014 in South Africa, a man got 77 years for killing a rhino. Don't they have hungry people in this country too?

The bitter thing is this Nigerian thing of having laws that are not enforced. There is a game law in Nigeria and yet people continue to kill these animals without authorization. No wonder NatGeo Wild don't come near this place.
