Let ur hubby be d primary applicant... That's all. U can start ur mcc when u get ur ppr or take ur time to do it.

PA is waiting for Wes evaluation to arrive and aced the ielts exam already. But on checking the express entry tool was deemed ineligible. So I want to know if its the lack of ECA by the PA (since it's not ready yet) or the lack of education and work experience of the spouse.

If you have verified with Wes already, no cause for alarm, you can use the eca for Wes to get ur ITA and COPR.but to practice later you must have to register with MCC

in this case all d Dr's wld have done this long ago.
Cic specifically said eca shld b done via mcc.

If your husband can do his ECA and also ace the ielts, I believe he should be the PA because he has a masters so far he is not too old.

I used the EE CRS Calculator in this site : https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html
and the score is 397, for below criteria:
age 40
OND/HND
10yrs experience in ICT (software developer)
IELTS 7 Band
Spouse, Bsc (IELTS 6), experience 1yr(NYSC)

Is it possible my point can get to 430+ to stand a chance of ITA with above profile
Australia could have given me 65 (ie 10 points for education- Advanced Diploma) but i will need to have like 70 or 75 for higher chances
Please advise.

If u and ur spouse ace ielts... U might have to go through province nomination

I don't think this is an issue that you should worry about. This looks like a common problem in our educational system.

Like cochtrane rightly observed, what you should confirm is if the age on your international passport is correct.

A transcript is not a statutory proof of age.

I don't think so. What's your ielts breakdown? Lack of ECA at hand isn't the issue, same also with spouse. There's something you ain't inputting right when filling I believe. Can we have a break down of your profile? You can also read the first two pages of this thread to understand better. Pele

A doctor who applies for EE/FSW under d 3112 noc as a physician should not turn around and claim he wont practice medicine....that defeats d whole idea of "skilled" migration...It is required of such a person to obtain an ECA from MCC only...no other options.

However, If the doctor has another occupation, degree and years of experience, and chooses an NOC in such occupation different from 3112, then i believe he can get his eca frm wes/iqas/etc

For example, Mr A had a bsc in physiology before studying medicine. He graduates medical schl and takes on an Msc in say physiology and then went ahead to become a lecture in a medical/nursing school and gets d required number of years of experience outside medicine. He now wishes for EE and applies as a university tutor( ?? i dont knw d noc)WES is what he needs.
He should have no bizness getting eca frm mcc( except if he plans to get back into medical practice in canada.)

@schules: if you are applying as a doctor. U have to get your ECA from MCC not WES. I think that's what everyone is trying to tell you.
You should also try to read page 0. It will really help address some of your questions/concerns

Going by the bolded parts of ur post, if i were u, i will understand d 10-15 to be inclusive of both the wedding and postwedding pictures...I know I can never resist d temptation of adding at least 5 jara pictures just to be "priding" myself while pretending that i am trying to err on d side of caution.

I will then upload many more different pictures on d questionnaire....not same pictures so definitely they will have more than enough proof.

In my opinion, university are autonomous and therefore not necessarily under Government. Even in the Western world it might be a bit difficult for them to comprehend how a university will be under Government.

Sister, you CANNOT USE WES in place of MCC as the PA. Be patient, read through (if you had read through you won't have made the mistake of using WES). Understand what you are doing. The process is long, no need rushing and wasting money. Express entry is not going anywhere soon. Please read through. Don't rush.

People keep asking for WES contact, how to send documents, issues that has been extensively thrashed out. Just read through.. I dey sit down look mode.
