I need more explanation on some issues here.
1. where does it takes Ds registrars dunking years before or some do not reply one mail or letter?
2. I need more tutorial on why dividends are not paid on preference shares as ordinary share does.

I have little of both ucap and afriprud..i want to dispose one and keep one ..confused on which to keep ..Any ideal is welcome.

oga Tritri both have prospect of capital gain but if the need to dispose 1, i will let go ucap grin grin

if Afriprud can maintain same numbers increase as d Q2 at year end with no general mkt prob. we will be looking around N8.5 by next year grin

Ucap is fairly priced base on Q2,,,and if the same numbers increase maintain at year end,,,,then we will be looking around N6.5 grin

of course good than expected numbers will increase those prices grin vice-versa grin grin grin grin

not everything should be free for big boy like you,, i will pm u my acct. number for charges pls pay in dollar grin grin grin

if Afriprud can maintain same numbers increase as the latest Q2 at year end with no general mkt prob,,,,who ever see the stock buy at N10 next year will be happy........ the stock is selling far below it fair price based on Q2 grin grin grin.

All They're doing, is drafting agreements to raise funds from investors, because have zero fund to start the business.

Afriprud had similar performance last 3years but couldn't cruise past 3.8.
No investor would want to buy it past 4 naira.
Market sentiments were similar back then
Its price movement over an extended period is too narrow
