Most times, I don't really know what employers expect, whether to be real or fake the test. After answering the questions in an ideal working environment. Or do they expect us to answer it in our own thoughts, not minding if it's ideal or not. I just weak for this type of test.

Remember to be realistic when answering the strength test questions. In a real working environment you can't be overly motivated (embracing challenges you know nothing about & know you don't have enough experience & time to solve) & supportive (Helping everyone at the expense of the time needed to do your own work), most times you yourself need support from your manager, your team members and other colleagues. Congrats.. Though your take on their basis of assessment is totally wrong cos all my answers were more like that. I believe they expect your strength to show someone who's a bold GOAL-GETTER and HARDWORKING NO MATTER THE SITUATION YOU FIND YOURSELF.. but all these are speculations though and I also stand to be corrected.

Pls ppl quick question., were the logically reasoning questions really similar to the practise questions (talentq question) or the other way round. In summary, would really appreciate if anyone could help with what to expect for the test. Thank you
