olujastro: The figures highlighted are group financials as submitted to the NSE. Ecobank figures are usually submitted as ETI group(Ecobank and its African subsidiaries) which is similar as Nigerian Banks that include their subsidiaries figures in their financials. |

olujastro: Many of them are dormant, Banks are smart, they'll make sure there is a debit/credit transaction in form of sevice charge and interest posting every 3-4 months just to keep pushing dormant clients back into their active client base. |

I'm surprised Ecobank is having highest customers deposits compared to first bank. Access bank aggressive storming and marketing is showing in its performance. Diamond bank used to be one of the big players, what's happening now? GTbank's just jejely making their profit in a cool way, their *737* has mopped up the retail market. Where are our foreign banks Standard Chartered and Citibank? |
