I cried yesterday in church ehn because of contractions. I woke in the morning very energized, prepared for church, ate,did fine makeup and snapped plenty pishures not knowing I was going to ruin the makeup with tears. After normal Sunday school my body was doing me somehow but I still stayed till praise time, when I was dancing if you see the sharp pain I felt ehn chai!!!!..
I called our pastor's wife outside and she took me to the car to rest, na then the contraction even come start wella . I started crying oh forgetting makeup and fine girl oh, she had to call our church doctor out of the service for him to check me.
He examined me then drove to his house to bring sabultamol and paracetamol for me. After taking the drugs I rested for another half an hour before going back to the church. Yesterday was really somehow for me

I am wondering if its normal to have itchy breast during pregnancy..sometimes the skin around my nipple really itch so bad..the annoying thing is when I am sleeping at night and the itching wakes me up..Pls is there any solution to this?

Angel2424, it's normal but one thing helped with the nips, I cleaned with cotton wool and methylated spirit and didn't experienced it for a long while .
You can try it too and then continue with cleaning with cotton wool and olive oil in your final weeks of pregnancy.

Teamie I feel serious pain in my pelvic area and lower abdomen whenever I want to stand up and when I walk its feels like my legs are separating and painful despite all the squating I do everyday its like its getting worse,I want to port ooo. #octoberforsupernaturalbirth#

Sorry teamie. Pls what's this squatting exercise u do? Does it aid birthing in anyway maybe i can try it too. I hope i don't break my back in the process.

You can also try any lanolin based cream. I used lasinoh to resolve my itchy and bleeding tits!

Put olive oil ln the hair and comb it out gently its likely to be cradle cap

teamie,sorry abt ur false contraction too I get it sometime too and am 36weeks.its like menstrual cramp and it does nt last up to amin and leave me to come some other time. and y is ur church Dr against epidural.

Kelizosuy, there's absolutely nothing wrong with having an epidural! If you can afford it, and you want to have it, then please do! Labor is painful and exhausting! It's so painful that you will be begging for cs if your threshold for pain is low! I was in labour for 2 whole days before I gave birth! And when I stood up to bath, I literally passed out from exhaustion.

In fact I'm already singing it to dh ear that next one must be With epidural

Epidural is not bad. Don't let that your church doctor discourage you
