Hello carlcare,
The internet network reception on my infinix hot S is not strong. It always fluctuate 2g and 3g network. Sometimes, i can't make call because it will display data connection only both on 2g and 3g.It is only the 2g connection that normally connect when am in an extremely strong network Area. please kindly profer solution ASAP.

Hello @flex12 Go to you dialer, click the three-dotted icon at the bottom & select CALL SETTINGS. Then, touch "Calling Accounts"; select either of your SIM Cards and on the next screen open Call barring [Disable all options listed]. Go back & check Call Forwarding [Turn off all options listed]. Let us know if this suggestion is helpful.

Greetings Carlcare,

I am using an infinix zero 2 phone. The device has been working perfectly for the past one year.

This afternoon, the phone suddenly stopped charging but when I switch the phone off, it will charge. When the phone is powered on, it will not charge.

I have used about 5 different chargers including USB cords directly on PC but the phone won't charge unless it is it is powered off.

What could be the problem and how can it be resolved?
