I couldn't solve it,it was a software issue from Tecno themselves. However the rate at which your SD ejects is reduced when you turn off the phone and reinsert the SD.That is how I have been managing mine.

Tecno are so ignorant of their users comments,I'll try to root it and then it'll be much easier to use the device.Please if you have a PC do the backup

only needs the scatter file and stock recovery image.So if he backups the rom he should upload the stock recovery and scatter file to any cloud service and then paste it.You can post the links to .They will help us out.

Have you used this same memory card in another phone? And have u tried using another in your phone? If you still can't see the memory card after trying another card, then it is an hardware issue. Carlcare will be happy to have you around.

Am disapointed with Tecno two people who bough the phones told me it hangs on lock screen when trying to unlock. Restarting makes it work again. Any one experiencing same ?
