Just another run-of-the-mill win. Nothing spectacular. Joshua Kimmich is definitely one of the best fullbacks out there. Just look at the assist for Thiago and that third goal. The team definitely has a lot of work to do. We still looked occasionally vulnerable despite being a man up. PSG, on the other hand look the real deal. I was expecting Celtic to give a them a hard time but they made it look easy.

The battle for top spot will be very tough but I still think Bayern will win. For all of PSG's attacking firepower, there is still this naivety in their play. I've seen some of their Ligue 1 matches and their defence is not all that great. I'm also looking forward to the matchup between Neymar and Kimmich on the side. Promises to be interesting.

I'm not happy with the off-the-pitch state of affairs at the club. It's like FC Hollywood all over again. Lewy is talking a bit too much. First it was how the boys failed to support his golden boot chase last season and now criticizing the club's transfer policy. He don forget say Kalle no dey take shyte from nobody. I just hope they resolve this before it descends into something damaging. Lewy failing to pass to Robben yesterday when he was open was a bit unsettling. He is the best striker in the world and the most important player in our team. We need him in top physical and mental shape if we are to succeed this season.

How did hummels cause the first hoffeheim goal? Where did the scorer take off from? Who was supposed to cover and man the heart of the defence while hummels went to clear the ball and the ball was quickly thrown into the danger area? Are you guys for real?

Hummels was not alert to the quick throw-in. He went to sleep and left the defence open

Bayern created the bulk of the chances and Hoffenheim's opener came as a result of the oldest trick in the book, when the quick thinking of a ball boy and quick throw-in from Andrej Kramaric caught Mats Hummels napping.

However, there are reasons to be concerned. After expressing his frustration last week, Thomas Muller was restored to the starting lineup and was poor. Without wishing to knock Javi Martinez or Hummels, you feel a lot more comfortable when Jerome Boateng is back there.
