Nope but I will. Did you just use salt?
Re: Try Salt As An Exfoliant For Dandruff! by Missnande(f): 2:26pm On Sep 07, 2017
Yes @1Sharon. Apparently salt abrorbs excess oil and helps to unblock follicles congested by sebum. There's more than one way to use it,but I prefer this one:

Sprinkle enough salt on damp or dry scalp then gently scrub for about 10 minutes. Dip your hands in water to scrub if you're working with dry scalp. The effect would be soothing if you're doing it right. This would help lift flakes off your hair and afterwards you can wash with a mild shampoo.

You don't want to do this too much so your hair doesn't dry out and cause more damage. I usually do this once a week or two weeks and deep condition afterwards, sometimes I do a hot oil prepoo before to balance my moisture level and prevent unneccesary keratin loss.

Put two cups of water and add thyme to the water. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool, strain the thyme and apply the water on hair directly or add it to your shampoo when washing your hair.

For baking soda, you can apply baking soda alone with warm water and wash off or use baking soda with honey (leave in for 10 mins) and massage gently, rinse with warm water.

Sis, trust me on this one. I had dandruff with huge flakes too and it was so irritating :-(.

Baking soda X Honey is a perfect combo.
You could try salt too.

Yes one more thing, stay away from oily foods, cos it tells on your hair (hence the huge flakes).

You're welcome smiley.

It's unnecessary. You can end up doing more damage to your hair. Buy a good dandruff shampoo or a clarifying shampoo for your dandruff. Regularly make sure your scalp isn't dry or loaded with products either (aka buildup)... both of which can cause dandruff.

Do a proper research before concuding.
