My mum is a retired nurse that has worked abroad for a long time. Only her past document and payslips can presented with her landed document. She now does medical consultation. No CAC, No tax clearance certificate or whatever. Hope this will not affect the application? Thanks for the response

Australia embassy takes time nowadays to issue visa, so if you apply now and ur ielts expires in a weeks time, how do you expect them to go ahead with your application base on the expiration, its just logical, if I am in the shoes of the CO I won't give u the visa, no offence but look at it from this angle, imagine your international passport is less than six months and you are applying for visa, the CO will deny you because you should have at least 6months from expiration on your international passport before you apply for visa. In my own opinion I will advise you rewrite the ielts and defer your scholarship or better still if you can quickly write the ielts, results comes out exactly 13days from when you write the exam, then you can apply for visa, that is if the resumption of school is not so near, if not you have to defer. Australia embassy are not smiling again, so you need to just be ready for them so as not to see their red eyes. Hope this helps.

But I know u can apply for admission with an IELTS result of close expiry date, as long as it hasn't expired on d date of application. So I was thinking same can also apply here.

U can write PTE u will get result within a week, don't try to take risk, do the right and come and join the queue

I just conditional offer from an Al1 Australian university, to pay around 17000aus dollars as 1st semester tuition. The school is requesting for bank statement in other to issue COE. The question i have now is regarding the Bank statement.My calculation shows that after paying the 1st semester tuition fee, from my moms bank statement showing like 14m, i will be left with like 9m to apply to the embassy. Will the 9m be okay for the embassy application?

Go ahead and applt for your visa with the ielts you have. In the meanwhile, go and write pte or ielts, before your case officer request for another ielts (that's if he/she does) then your ielts/pte result must have come out. Worse case scenario would be that your case officer may advice you to defer your admission for the next intake.

That your agent is a very lazy person, didn't u provide him with all the documentation connection between u an ur brother in law, some agents are just so lazy, I blame those schools who will just seat down their in Australia and they will not have their own representative to checkmate this Naija agents that they assign to us. Just try and see the branch manager or head of that agent and make ur complaint, maybe he could help u out. Some agents needs serious spanking menh.

And deakin is a good University, are u sure you gave them a genuine sponsor I wonder why they are requesting for a new Sponsor, I wish I could figure out a solution for u right now but honestly I don't have a solution for now, still brainstorming on this kind of issue. It is well bro, did u apply directly or with agent, if with agent, speak to ur agent to speak to the school, these agents have a way of talking to the school in a soft way in which they will listen compare to us directly doing it, depends on the tone we use with these universities sef.

I read somewhere that a sponsor needs to have a minimum annual income of A$60,000. N200,000/month is just N2.4m/annum.

firstly , my school is on assessment level 1 which does not require sponsor nd secondly cos of commission nd oda bonues which he earns he get more than 5m annual also he has oda business dat earn him extra in dt is not registered

The story doesn't make sense to me.

Before deakin can issue you the coe, you must provide a statement of account in addition to paying the first semester fee which is around 16kaud.

Did you provide one ?

What was the closing balance ?

is it the same statement of account you intend to submit for visa ?

There must be backing evidence for the income and in your case it is only the salary of 200k which is not sufficient except he has additional CAC or property to proof the source of the money.
