One of the IPOB members is seen lying on the ground motionless.He reportedly died from gunshot wounds. This footage was taken on Aba-Umuahia expressway on Tuesday.

Regardless of how you feel about Biafra, IPOB and all. Let's call a spade a spade. This is human right abuse, infact this violates fundamental human right in the Nigeria constitution.
