Good afternoon house, I intend getting an apartment around Ibeju lekki. I have once stayed around Lakowe in 2015 and I vacated the flat with the rent because of the epileptic power situation.

I made enquiries and the agent said the light situation is fine now(these agents no go talk true)

Abeg before I pay, what's the current electricity situation in Sangotedo, Ebutu, awoyaya, Lakowe.... Kindly give me your honest opinions. Thank you

Seems electricity is your greatest resources as you have made it the determinant of your residence instead of nearness to work place. I suggest that you go for low cost solar-powered inverting system and be at rest.

Yes. Truly, there is improved power supply on that axis as against 2015. Let me however inform you that , findings have shown that the left hand side enjoys more supply than the right hand side. That is, the areas opposite shop rite, crown estate and farapark have more power supply than the side where those landmarks are located.

Which part of Ibeju-Lekki? Ayeteju and Baba Adisa now have steady power supply. Same thing goes with Shapati and Onosa. It depends on where you are targeting.
