Every master's student of the mathematics department, UTEP, is awarded a graduate assistantship, which comes with half tuition remission, monthly stipend and health insurance benefits. If you're applying for Spring 2018 (January 2018 start date), the application deadline is November 1. Not much time left, so start right away. TOEFL is waived for Nigerian students and they require you to upload a scanned copy of your transcript (any student or personal copy that you have) when applying online and after being given admission, you will be emailed to have Novena University mail them an official copy.

have you checked Google . there used to be loads online but only to use as a guide not to copy and paste because the whole world have it available as well
