It is also tense in Umuahia right now. Learnt some soldiers were shooting around Bank road and FMC. Killed someone picked him into their van and drove off, some other person injured. You are advised to stay indoors or move with caution. People are running about helter skelte, for safety, some banks closed. |

What is painful! Southerners have ruled Nigeria for 14 years since 1999. Northerners have only ruled twice, four years in total, and there is already catenated cases of terrorism by some Ibos in the East. We know those behind the Nigerian first coup that led to the death of the finest and intelligent Nigerian leaders, we know those who ignited the civil war. What is painful is not the pain we get from the aftermath of their acute foolishness, but the fact that they have adamantly refused to heed to the lessons from their actions and the history of Nigeria. an0daGuy: You guys don't learn at all. Don't ever make the mistake of invading other regions. That's will be the end of the Igbos. Currently, you guys don't even have the support of all Igbo's, not to talk of other tribes sef. Every other region is trying to be neutral for now. The mistake Ojukwu made was invading the Midwestern region. That turned majority of the tribes in the region against Biafra and that contributed to his failure. You Easterners started this current crisis, so the battlefield will be in the East. You people should not think the crisis will spill to other regions. The North East is a good example for you. If Easterners can be watching DSTV when the North East is burning, that is how other regions will be watching DSTV too when the East is burning too. Goodluck with setting the East on fire. 5 Likes 1 Share |

It's saddening... Whatever they want to do, I hope they leave the Hausas' out of it and have it at the back of their minds that there are more Igbos in north. |

SamzackD: The military asked for it when the opened fire on unarmed civilians, you don't beat a child and ask her not to cry... For the first time since the beginning of this agitation these is the first time the SE are reacting... The military will no t be able to stand what dey are asking for... SamzackD: I totally agree. It isn't even just investors ( there have been no significant investors local or foreign coming into the SE for several years now - the geographical risk premium is to high for market size) My concern is for those hard working igbo men and women outside the south east. You cannot start a low intensity war and expect the people you are fighting to greet you with flowers in the morning. True they may not respond with violence, but violence is not the only risk to these businesses. Selective and strict regulatory compliance is a greater danger. I know what I am talking about. 1 Like |

The inconpetent tribalist murderous fulani id*iot in Aso rock, buhari, should be solely held responsible for all these mess. If the id*iot hadn't sent the army to Abia to escalate the situation there, all these won't happened!! |
