@Bigfido, ensure you have way over the amount when converted from usd to cad. Our banks charge way higher when converted. When I paid mine, official Cad to Usd was 0.8, 1st bank charged me at 0.83Usd to 1 Cad. bigfido: |

Hello guys... pls advice me. My work experience letter has all my positions since I joined the organization. It has both Noc b and c. Do I leave the noc c under work experience or move to personal history. Since the cic requirements says to indicate all positions held while employed at the company. I initially left it under work experience before ITA. 1 Like |

Dammie2017:I can't be too sure, but I don't think it matters leaving it under work experience. CIC doesn't really care if you have or had a NOC C job, as long as you have the required NOC B job with experience more than 3 years on that same job (express entry). In fact, once you create your profile, if the algorithm didn't find a NOC B job in your profile, it just automatically rules you out for FSW. So, you should be fine with both in your profile. The question is, does your NOB B experience gets you over the bar? 4 Likes |

Hello, I was going through Page 0 of this forum and noticed something about what can cause one's application to be rejected : The first one was the job not specified as full time and permanent employment. I have collected 2 of the 4 reference letters from my former employers and it is expressly stated that I was a Contract staff. I did not specify NOC code in the letter but I used the Canada NOC code to draft the JD. I need help with this. |

I dont think you will be rejected for having a contract or temporary job as long as its a full time job. I might be wrong but it doesnt have to be a PERMANENT JOB. There is a difference between full time job (eg 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) and a Permanent job! 12go: 2 Likes 1 Share |

12go: The word "PERMANENT" is mandatory for inland applicants (LMIA) only. According to what is written on CIC's website, the details should include the following: * Should be an official document printed on company letterhead {must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information (address, telephone number and email address), and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company.} * Should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Yomalicious: Hi. For the US PCC you will send your application to FBI. You can go to FBI identity history summary webpage and look up police staterooms in your area, where you go to get the finger prints done. It costs $5 for a card. You can submit up to five if you wish. Then you submit that with your application to FBI. The details will be on the website. The important thing is when do you plan to leave the US? The FBI report takes 10-12 weeks from date of delivery at their facility. As long as you are back in Nigeria by the time FBI completes the report that is fine. 1 Like 1 Share |

Please guys I need help. I have ielts LRSW 8,8.5,7.5,7 and I have done my Wes. But my spouse hasn't completed his education yet (by November) and he doesn't have work history. Initially the come to Canada tool writes eligible but once I fill the EE, It sends me a message writing ineligible, that I haven't met the criteria. Is my spouse lack of education and work history the problem. I was told it isn't going to be the problem but this is the second time I'm filling it and it keeps saying ineligible. Please help me, I'm so worried |
