Giddyperson, maamas here have given you some good advice so the key word there is determination, once you put your mind to it irrespective of the hindrances you can achieve what you want..Because if you say you want baby to grow hmmm b4 you know it another will be one the way. I remember during undergraduate days some ladies got married while in school..Some stayed in the hostels while others off k..You will see them coming to read in class with pregnancy.. Virtually all of made it with good grade even better than me that I was single then. Thanks lightedpath for the tips about combing |

myrygurl:Thanks a lot. More on hair combing. These days I comb my baby's hair straight out of the bath and still dripping wet, you can apply the hair oil or anything you use on the wet hair. She hardly seems to notice and would just babble away while I'm at it, meanwhile it used to be a screaming battle before. Make sure you are using the right toothed comb for her hair length and texture to avoid unnecessary pain. You can gently pat it down with a towel to dry after combing. 1 Like 1 Share |

ijeoma2728:? Yes, they should call it by right name. I'm going through to start saying "vagina" and "penis" very soon. What is your aim in teaching Sex Ed to the boy, because that's important. Are you teaching him not to get anyone pregnant or to respect his body (men don't have to sleep around for them to be men). Do you understand how well his body is changing and what his friends could be saying? Is there a man he likes or looks up to that you can say "look at him, have you seen how he dresses well, smells nice, he's polite but doesn't expose his body or chase girls, isn't that nice, don't you wanna be like that?". Are you comfortable discussing wet dreams and saying "it's okay that your body responds like that, what is not okay is how your mind reacts". Can you say "it's okay to say a girl is pretty, but be polite and don't force her if she doesn't want your attentions and sleeping with her or making her touch your body isn't the best way to prove she likes you, no need for her to show you naked pictures of herself". Can you say "your friends will tell you it's manly to have a girl touch you or you to touch yourself. If you touch yourself, perhaps you were exploring but don't do it often because you may get used to that feeling and keep doing it until you ignore all the other good things in life" and also joke and say "they used to tell us when we were little that if we touch ourselves, hair will grow on our palms and they will catch us!" Can you say "pornography is very bad and those people are not really enjoying themselves, they're paid and it is degrading and can mess your life up, you should avoid it". And calmly ask if his friends have shown him any sex videos and not react if they have? After all this, can you say "Hey let's see what the Bible says about this" and read the Bible chapters, not verses, but chapters together? And don't make it too religious, don't expect a sense of will most people don't have at that age? Are these enough guidelines for a conversation? 9 Likes 9 Shares |

@ Giddyperson, I've remember writing ICAN with a 7 months old pregnancy and it was my best result. I also wrote an exam with a 2 weeks old baby. My mom couldn't come for Omugwo because I lost my dad a month before. I was EBF. DH begged me not to but I was determined and I had the best result. I'm telling you this because sometimes we bring out the best in us when we seem to be limited. Your brain fxns at its maximum capacity and you maximize your time. Plan out your schedule and be determined. Challenge yourself and believe you can do it. Tips on combing baby's hair: my baby has long curly hair. What I do is wash/wet the hair, apply cream/oil and use the baby brush to brush it out. The brush kind of detangles it then I comb. If you always struggling with diaper rash, ditch those Vaseline, sudocrem and the rest. Use cheap and effective coconut oil. After cleaning your baby or at every diaper change, dry the area and use a cotton wool to apply coconut oil on the nappy area. Sometimes I just pour and use my fingers to apply. No business with rashes. I also use coconut oil for my Tips. No need to wash it off cause it's natural and prevents and treat thrush cause it's anti fungal. 7 Likes 5 Shares |

I only plan to order when they start doing the $1 shipping on stores that sell baby clothes. Alternatively, for the mama's that are complaining about the shipping fee, refer someone to the app and let them place an order. Even if they order on grocery direct, you get $10 off your own order OR $10 off shipping. My husband ordered for TM Lewin shirts on mfa and it was far cheaper than buying from their stores here |
