What you have is most likely an ulcer. Ulcers are caused mostly by a bacteria. So what should be done is to remove the bacteria.
Buy Omeprazole 20mg twice daily for Two weeks. It wud reduce the pain. But proceed to do a H.Pylori test to confirm if you have the bacteria.

Hello Dr.. For the past 4 days, my ears have been clogged I. E. The feeling that it is blocked and pressured.. I don't feel pain but it is causing me discomfort... I didn't insert any object into my ears and it started after I started having cold and cattargh.. I'm scared pls help

Having serious headache since July, treated malay and typhoid but the pain didn't go. I even got migraine drugs but it won't go away iof recent I started having cold..and no am not pregnant.

Take Fleming 1g twice daily for one week, Hyoscine bromide 10mg three times daily for one week and Arcogin 1 dly for two weeks. You would be fine. If not, let me know.

Dont be scared. Blocked ears usually happen after period of cold and cattarrh. This is because the nose and ears are connected. So the blocked feeling would leave on its own. But, if in one week, it still doesnt go, you need to go to the hospital so you can be examined.

Explain the headache further. Do you feel it on one side or both sides of your head? Does light or loud sound make it worse? Do you have some body reactions that let you know the headaches would soon come?

Pls help, my boy at 21months is yet to start calling daddy or mama, should i be worry or its normal. he hears simple instruction but his speech is not yet clear . most times he use gestures like pointing finger to express himself.

its mostly at back of my head, when my kids play, my head pounds more, I have no body reaction, it has never happened before, I am tired of taking drug,am even pain from my waist down, I checked my bp yesterday, it was fine

Hello. At 21 months, which is almost 2 years of age,he ought to already be making two word sentences like "mummy, food" etc. Can he walk? Is he active? Did he cry immediately after birth? Although, some children may not talk so quickly and he may just require patience and time. So dont be alarmed. But I suggest you take him to a Neuropaediatrician just to check him out.

Please doctor, I have been having hbp since I put to bed two months ago. I have had two courses of different drugs for one week each which brings down the bp for it to rise immediately the dose is finished.

Please doctor, I was given these ones yesterday: aldomet,vasoprin and amlotrust 10. After I took all three in the night, I woke up this morning to a racing heart and a severe headache which is yet to go.completely.

Am frightened, I never had any bp issues when I was pregnant and this only started after delivery. The racing heart is what I don't understand. Should I continue with the drugs or not.

Please help, doctor!!!

hello doctor, thanks for great work you are doing here. I need your help .After four kids, I found out that my breast sagged and reduced even after adding wait.
