Please

As anyone ever verified if the employee(HR/Supervisor) is ever contacted from the employment reference letter we include during our application.

Looking forward to a all response.

Na wa for you o! Name calling?
Well Canadianfly is right. Just because you now have a visa doesn't erase a previous visa refusal.
I've been refused Canadian visit visa twice and I now have a 3 years valid Canadian TRV yet I still declared the previous refusals.
While some people get away with it, unfortunately some don't ( it's called Misrepresentation).

It's importatnt to do the right thing not what you feel. You may not be part of the lucky ones that will get away with it.
Goodluck in your application.

LOL wait. He called me names? It's good oh he edited the post and I didn't get to see it. WW3 grin

And yea, I don't know why Nigerians feel like if they declare a visa refusal it infringes on their status in the society or dents whatever record they are trying to keep clean, hence they make up rules to excuse that. LOL! Anyway there are better things to do on this thread than go back and forth over nonsense I swear. Everybody and their mother feeling special tonight grin

From people's past experience, takes quite a while... But i'm quite optimistic things would be different this time.

Back then, passing medicals took bout 2 months... In this case, it was barely 2/3 weeks.

Stay hopeful!

Yooku:

Amen ooo.....Any info on the trend for times stayed at the London LVO in recent times before PPR?

Truth is Canadafly was a bit tactless in her response to Wura. If Wura stated her opinion then Canadafly should have also stated hers without condemning what Wura wrote. I'm certain this is what Wura is pissed off about and it goes back to what I wrote in my last post.

You might not agree with what Wura (or anyone else) wrote but it is HER opinion so let's leave it as that.

Lots of Nigerians (usually those still in Nigeria- no offence intended. Naija for life!) seem not to have any tact in both written and spoken communication. Advise to Canadafly- Seems like you have butted heads with a few people in this group, i'd say you cool it down a notch.

Okay so let's end this conversation.

Need advise on prospects in Canada before i rewrite IELTS. Please does anyone have ideas on websites to check apart from Linkedin?

Please can somebody respond to me?

You need to check this questions and your responses
1. Have you attended a Canadian College, etc?
Answer should be YES
2. Is half of your study in English as a second language?
Answer should be No. Because your course wasn't ESL but MSc.
Pls recheck and see if points are awarded

Hello house.

Please I really need help. I have created EE profile and had my MSC in Canada but the system doesn't give me any score for Canadian education. I even had to delete my profile and create another but the problem continues..What could the problem be? Is there any way to enter it so I can get points for it!

You don't have to delete your profile or create a new one to change your response pre ITA. You can actually make changes by clicking on VIEW SUBMITTED APPLICATION at the bottom of the page - left hand side of ur EE profile, and modify your answers. Then you can transmit, sign by entering your name and see how the effected changes affect your CRS. Hope this helps.

Mine was never contacted. However, I read someone's story on canadavisa where her application was refused because of "inconsistencies in her employment history" or something like that. An experienced forum member had explained that it may have been because her HR did not corroborate either her job history or job functions when contacted. So, while I do not personally know anyone whose HR has been contacted, I'd say it probably happens at CIC's discretion.

Thanks .. I appreciate the response

Hi Everyone.. I just joined this forum.
I have applied Canada PR through EE and i think mine is in IP2 ("We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"wink. Am currently living in U.S and Oct-1 is my MAX-OUT Date in U.S. So I was planning to relocate to Canada.
I need Canada PR so badly before Oct-1 to travel and work for the same company..

My IP2 Date: 09/13.

I want to know, how long does it take once PPR request comes in to get stamped...

What are the next steps??

Any help on this is highly appreciated

Thanks,
Ranjit K Subramanian.

Good morning friends, I just checked my email and got a final request saying my visa is ready to be issued....feels like I am dreaming! My profile has not been updated though everything is still the same, "we are processing....we are reviewing...." It makes the email look like a prank.

Oh so that mini sermon you gave up there was for me huh? Instigator much. Unfortunately for you, I did not insult or speak to anyone rudely. Check all my posts, I state my opinions too as you call it. But for some reason known to you and your kind, y'all don't like truth or y'all want it sugar coated. My posts are not even rude like the response few pages back Codebrew got when he asked the difference between Academic and General IELTS. Someone even wrote Google for him. Why didn't you type a sermon to them asking them to be tactful?
My dear eh, you know the way you were going about your daily business before....just keep it moving. Ain't nothing to see here grin
