Hello people, please I need help. I am a dentist with three years work experience, ielts LRSW 8,8.5,7.5,7 and Wes evaluation. My spouse doesn't have complete education history (to be completed by November) and no work history. I have been told on this forum that his education and work experience doesn't matter but whenever I apply for EE it says ineligible. But when I apply as a single person it's eligible with scores 450. What do I do or what options do I have?

Can one use only Nigerian passport? Won't that be misrepresentation? I thought you have to put details of all your travel documents while completing the application form.

What I don't understand is: do US citizens pay for the visa? What's the 150CAD for?

What is ur CRS when married? He can still do IELTS. Check ur CRS with his imagined 20pts. I still don't know how folks on 307,309 etc get eligible profiles.

You put in all their details truthfully. ( birth certificate and all) but I uploaded their Nigerian passports ( passport even says place of birth: USA) and used it for medicals.
They are dual citizens so they can choose.

A lot of people have done this successfully.
It's far from misrepresentation.

I think the fee is for the application not the rppf.

However you might still need to send the US passport for sighting.. i think it's @folamingo that had to still send after she had sent a photocopy.
Betterstill, use their Nigerian passport(s) for the application.

*modified
Meanwhile, you remind me of shawbabe from the US birth thread....

I plan to use all Nigerian passports.

who's Shawnbabe? Is he/she on here too. Let me guess she's as legendary as me? we'll probably get along in real life lol

It's possible. They probably lose a lot of points due to age. But have the work experience, POF and IELTS. You get?

This confusing. If I start application with all Nigerian passports, I'll still have to upload the American passports?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by dupyshoo: 9:34am On Sep 16, 2017
Did you state that they have only Nigerian passports? I am asking this because the fact that one is born in US does not mean you will have a US passport. You can be a citizen of a country without the passport.

Anyway, I think it should not be a problem for babies as there are no implications, but for adults, it might be misrepresentation.

I think you've confused yourself sir. US citizens(Adult) pay the same amount we pay, it's children that pay 150CAD ( regardless of citizenship other than Canada)
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by dupyshoo: 9:38am On Sep 16, 2017
Not necessarily. It is the fee you pay to process your application. They pay the people working on your application na.

I don't think we should complain sha cos I know of countries that can charge your head to give PR. Australia, for example charge a lot higher.

Exactly at the bolded. I just put in the Nigerian passport. I didn't mention the US.

If they have passports from 2 countries, you are meant to state that as you will be asked the question.

Since you said it is fine, others can do same.
I was not in the same situation as everyone of us only had Naija passport.

Ideally, you are meant to send only a copy of her passport but I have read of someone that was later asked to submit the original passport.

So, the choice is yours.

Thanks for the Info!

I will better submit the Original!

This group is rocking!! Responses are faster than any other!!

Based on what the other lady experienced, send her US passport alongside others if u don't want a possibility of Accra asking u to send and spending double.

I know but I'm coming from the angle if it a visa fee, shldnt be applicable when visa-free citizens are involved. I guess you are right.. Visa fees for others. Application fees for folks coming from visa-free countries. May be folks should send in both passports to avoid incurring double cost.

Sis I did not say o lol. It's what I did and I'm yet to receive PPR. Perhaps others that have successfully received COPR can weigh in. What I'm sure of is that whatever passport you use for medicals is what you'll have to send for PPR.

You don't have to upload the US passport if you are using the child's naija's passport. You only indicate dual citizenship where the question was asked .

I don't think the visa vignette costs much. It is the salary paid to people who are processing the application that the applicants are paying for.

See it this way, they don't have to spend much time on kids' applications. No background check required as they are not expected to have committed any crime. No employment history to check, No ECA and IELTS result to confirm.

Aside costs and inconveniences, if it doesn't come, you leave the US not to jeopardize ur future US entry.

It is not for rppf. Check the pay your fees section in the link below. You can also click the highlighted fee for more details.
