If you circle in the fact that before the Army and Ghana sends men from their best Brigades to go for the SBS BOC-C you'd say that's a fair pass rate

I know of a fellow- from whom I got the SBS badge that I posted yesterday that told me only 19 out of his classes 51 completed their BOC-C

Hello, is it true dssc/SSC Graduates can never go beyond the rank of Colonel in the armed forces? I keep hearing this from folks here. Plus, I'm not sure I've seen any high profile personnel Whose background listed him/her as ssc/dssc graduate. Thanks
