komekn:If u can rate this young lad more than Rashford and Dembele, then Nigeria should forget him.I don't think England w allow him to play for us,also NFF attitudes.Do u know how long it took NFF to finish Aina paper or what do u think of losing Akanji. Funny enough,Amaju was banking on his relationship with his Father, this foreign born think differently except few ones that were brought up in our own way in foreign Land.I hope Tammy have great influence of his Dad just like Aina's Dad. Pls just look at Tournarigba Ojokojo and Irofa case. This two lads should have been d easiest switch for Nigeria but funny enough Dominic Irofa of all people telling us his son w decide for himself, also Ojokojo that i know very well in shooting star saying his son wanna play for Germany. So what is our hope on Abraham Tammy,Solanke,Onomah,Ojo,Adarabioyo etc if we can not easily get d likes of Irofa and Ojokojo who are lucky to have Father who are home grown ex player. |

TheGoodJoe: When you are the most expensive striker they have bought and they gave put you down as the goal getter. This is England and I can assure you if you are not running around like a headless chicken putting in a shift. You will be labelled lazy and in it for the £££. Let's hope results start going thier way soon. |

Tell that to Islam Slimani.... he is Leicester's most expensive striker/forward not Nacho.... Only thing is Nacho comes with heavy buyback fee for a young African player and Hopefully he lives up to the tag with time. Kid just had his first start after struggling to get back from the toe injury setback and get his fitness levels up.. so give him a break!! haba! So again.. talk to Slimani.... he is the one your message is for based on "most expensive" not Nacho... komekn: |

It is Victor Moses Vs Alex Iwobi today!!! Alex Iwobi starts as the LWF in Arsenal's 3-4-2-1/3-4-3 formation.... Victor Moses comes back into the starting lineup to star as Chelsea's RWB in their 3-4-3 formation... Hey PDPGuy... what were you saying again?? What happened to your Zappacosta talk on benching Moses after Qarabag? looolll 1 Like |

TheSuperNerd:Truly yea Slimani,a total flopped with that huge money but Nacho is our own,so he must not follow Slimani path coz it w definitely have effects in d national team, look at Algeria team. I want to see Nacho doing it d way Ndidi is doing it week in week out, despite d team poor performance, Ndidii is always getting high rating. Honestly too early to speak on Nacho performance in Leicester but irrespective of Shakespeare methods,Nacho must deliver |

Super Eagles Defensive Stalwart Troost-Ekong Pleased To Score Fifth Career Goal William Troost-Ekong was delighted to net his maiden goal in the colours of Bursaspor in their 4-2 road win over Yeni Malatyaspor on match day five in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday. The central defender, making his fifth straight start in the Turkish top-flight, blasted home a loose ball in the 12th minute to open the scoring for his team. Writing on Twitter, the former Netherlands youth-teamer stated : ''All Glory to God! So happy my first goal for @BursasporSk''. As a defender for club and country, Troost-Ekong's main job description is to stop the opponents from scoring, but he has added goals to his games in recent seasons. The 24-year-old has written his name on the score-sheet five times since he netted his first professional goal against Aalesunds FK on March 19, 2016. Ekong and international teammate Mikel Agu went the distance against Yeni Malatyaspor. **Ifeanyi Emmanuel Source: http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=24663 1 Like |

terzurum5:many of our youth coaches are more concerned wit how much they will part wit from the deals of these young ones than really discovering and managing talents...with few exceptions though... players of this kind above won't grease their palms as they will be no deal to get invoved in reason why I want finidi for the cadet coach job....he wants the job not because of money but because he wanna build a coaching career... I see him as one wit great ambition to coach a European club someday.... 1 Like |

And he will deliver.... Just give the kid a break because this was his first start afterall... he was not so bad either as he had two attempts on goal blocked. Nacho is gonna get in the groove with time... too early to speak on him honestly. But point remains that Slimani is Leicester's most expensive signing and he is a huge flop indeed having been there since last season with good game time too. So let Sir Komekn address the price tag talk to Slimani the slayer and not to Nacho. Kog45: |

Kog45: There are some of them, can I say, I have come across if not them thier agents and or both. I would say at U18 level they were all NAIJA come first in thier identity and engagement. It really hinges on long term engagement and relationship, that is at the core of the matter. For instance let's say I have three of these boys I have spoken too them. I have sold the Nigerian project to them they accept. I then inform the NFF or I speak to Amaju we then begin to play politics of what's in it for me and them. Straightaway they loose thier affinity for Naija and become dissapointed. I have a principle in life which governs all my relationships, which is how do you treat people who have nothing to offer and or repay you. That is your true character. We should have been the first to discover Tega before he began to Blow. Invited him to camp made him feel welcome. We should not wait for England to recognise them before we do. There is something perverse about a stranger welcome you to his house and showing you love and hospitality before your own family. If you go the London premiership academies it's not a question of who is Nigerian. But what % of the academy is Nigerian from age grade 6 to 23. The older they get the more the athletic prowess of our boys becomes more pronounced. From 15- 23 the % become higher even more. So how are we engaging them as it stands right now. Iorfa, Ojo, Onomah if approached correctly right now will play for Nigeria. 1 Like |

I don't think PDPGuy was joking shaa.... he has cogent reasons for saying what he said. And Truthfully if Moses keeps up his level of consistency for Chelsea then I don't see Zappacosta benching him... but I fear for the long run because Conte may be looking for just one funny reason to drop Moses for Zappacosta because of the Italian links.... All this talk of Zappa being a natural fit for the role is bollocks because he is essentially a rightback and can also play RWB while Moses is a winger (right and left) playing RWB and doing it so well... but also with the skillsets of an AMF and SS... and has shown massive improvements defensively.... Can Zappacosta offer what Moses does in an attacking sense on a very consistent basis against top-quality oppositions? Qarabag is no measure of Zappacosta's abilities... that is the truth. Fit Again Daniel Akpeyi Keeps 16th Clean Sheet For Chippa United Nigeria international Daniel Akpeyi kept a clean sheet as Chippa United were held to a goalless draw by Platinum Stars at Royal Bafokeng Stadium (Phokeng, NW) on Saturday evening. The goalkeeper was due to start on Tuesday against Baroka but there was a last minute change to the line-up and he eventually ended up on the bench. A day after Chippa United's 3-1 loss to Baroka, manager Dan Malesela was relieved of his responsibilities and Teboho Moloi was appointed as caretaker coach. Akpeyi's clean sheet today brought his total to sixteen in the PSL since his move to the Chilli Boys in the summer of 2015 from Warri Wolves. If he keeps more than eight clean sheets this season, he will break his personal record which he set in the 2016-2017 campaign. The 31-year-old Akpeyi failed a fitness test before Nigeria's double-header against Cameroon earlier this month and had to withdraw from the squad. **Ifeanyi Emmanuel Source: http://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=24658 1 Like |

Iwobi finished the first half with 3 chances created for team mates and with a 75% passing accuracy on the final third for Arsenal, the highest of any arsenal player in the first half alone. Very Impressive from Iwobi so far. Victor Moses have had 3 crosses of which one was successful (the one that found morata) and had made two successful tackles and made 8 solid recoveries... making a statement in a big game Moses. 1 Like |
