Hello Doctor, pls I have been having chest pain, difficult breathing that makes creepy sound and sleepless nights since last year. I had visited about three hospitals after series of medical tests they will give me Erythromycin tab, ventolin tab, prednisolone tab, malaria drug, and expectorant. It will just relief me for like 2days while I continue to manage it again.

The last hospital I went to last month when the breathing and chest tightness was serious gave me intravenous injection after I did test they gave me Fleming, ventolin, prednisolone and some other drugs with malaria injection which I took for 3days mind you it's different hospitals.

Sometimes I find it difficult to digest food on time after eating which make me to start feeling heartburn and breathing problem and I do have Ulcer too once in a while but I had felt it over a year ago.

Though i had the breathing problem like this before around year 2001-- 2004 then I did chest xray they did not see anything wrong with my chest but it later stopped by itself only to resurface in 2016.
Doctor pls help me because as I type now I'm only managing to type I'm having breathing difficulty and couldn't sleep and it has been like that for about 2weeks now.

Hello. What you had is pregnancy induced hypertension. In some people, it stops after pregnancy, in others it continues, while for a 3rd group, they were previously hypertensive and only discovered in pregnancy.

Hypertension is a disease one must take serious and follow strictly the doctors prescription. If done, it can be carried for many years and you can live a very healthy life. That being said, the headaches you had and racing heart (palpitations) may be a side
effect of one of the drugs. I suggest you take the aldomet and vasoprin in the morning and then the Amlotrust at night. The symptoms may likely stop.

But remember, you have to keep going back to the hospital every month for check ups as this is mandatory for a hypertensive patient so the doctor can known if your drugs are working.

If the racing heart continues, please go back to your personal doctor so he can review your drugs. The Amlodipine may be responsible. He can simply change the drugs and also send you for a ECG test.

Remember to also do light exercise like walking for 30minutes, reduce salt in your food and ensure you sleep well at night. also talk to your husband to help with the baby so you dont get stressed.

Keep in mind that height is primarily determined by your genes. You cant grow taller than your genes determine.
All you can do is try to acheive up to the potential your genes determine.

Therefore, increasing your protien in your diet can help one reach his/her optimal height. You can buy Whey protein shakes, a drink you take morning and evening which contains protein. However, it should be done in moderation.

Another way is to ensure you sleep well. 7-8 hours of sleep every night would encourage release of growth hormones.

All these can only work is one hasnt teached the age in which his/her growth plates aare closed.

Hello. There is a ligament in the breast called Ligament of Astley Cooper which is responsible for breast firmness. This ligament looses its strength naturally as one ages and as time progresses due to gravity, and various other factors.

Since you have four children, you are clearly not so young. So its expected that your breasts would no longer be as firm. And that is perfectly okay and alright. Nothing is wrong with you.

There are no drugs to enhance your breast firmness. The only solution to that is plastic surgery.

You can opt for that, even though I dont advuce that. Instead, see your "sagging" breasts as a reminder of the sacrifice and love you gave to your four angels , and that you are also not a child anymore. And simply love your breasts the way they are.

Hello. This could be dyspepsia. Buy Ulgicid suspension and take 10mls three times daily for one week. This should calm down the pain.

Then, present yourself to a doctor who would examine you, send you for tests and probably a scan and determine what is wrong with you.

There was a day she said something that baffles me and got me thinking. She said "she noticed her face start getting rough when we start making love." We laugh it over but i reminisce over what she said and i could remember the same happened to my ex. My ex nurse pimple throughout our time together.

And apparently, there is actually a lady i met before i met fiancé, she is dark and lovely with a very smooth face, we had series of sex before she later travelled. After some month when i later she her, her face is full of pimples.

My question now is, can it actually be that my intercourse with them is causing this? If yes, whats the cure to it from my own side and how can my fiancé's face be treated.

Meanwhile my face remain clear and smooth all the while, if i have a pimple at all its actually because i changed cosmetics or too weak to bathe at night.

Yes there is. If youre worried you have an infection, go and do a semen MCS. They would collect your semen and test it for bacteria growth.

What you have is most likely an ulcer. Ulcers are caused mostly by a bacteria. So what should be done is to remove the bacteria.
Buy Omeprazole 20mg twice daily for Two weeks. It wud reduce the pain. But proceed to do a H.Pylori test to confirm if you have the bacteria.

Hello. Thanks for your input. However, The triple regimen is only used after confirmation that he has H.pylori. Antibiotics should not be taken without a reason for it.

MP came out negative, Widal we saw some stuff like 1/20 and the attached is the FBC result. The symptoms are still there and after showing the Doctor the results, he started treatment for Enteric Fever.

Could these be responsible for the above stated symptoms
