Greetings Engineers in the house,

I am using an infinix zero 2 phone. The device has been working perfectly for the past one year.

This afternoon, the phone suddenly stopped charging but when I switch the phone off, it will charge. When the phone is powered on, it will not charge.

I have used about 5 different chargers including USB cords directly on PC but the phone won't charge unless it is it is powered off.

What could be the problem and how can it be resolved?

An Infinix Hot Note Lite recently developed a fault. If and when the phone goes into sleep, I doesn't come back up by pressing the power button. It would have to be restarted each time. what may be the problem here?

Not at all. Each time it's restarted, it works perfectly until goes to sleep.

hey,i have a tecno y2 as my secondary phone and I can't leave it cos there are some games I can't backup and I usually play it with the y2.
some time now as the app got more data and increased in size,it crashes crazily
I met 1 of my bros he told me its the fault of my heap size,the game needs more memory and the one the android is allocating is not enough.he said I should find a way to increase it.so I want to ask,is what he said correct,if yes how do I increase heap size if no what do I do to fix the crashing of big apps in my phone.pls help.

I guess your phone is Rooted? if so try Ram Expander.

Check the Apps you Installed recently before the occurrence.
Did you uninstall any App?
Check your Storage.

Good day to all tech guruz and engr in d house.. I am using infinix hot note (x551) which is working perfectly when i bought it. But after a year i notice sometimes if i click on d camera, it will just be black and later respond with "Gallery isn't responding". I will av to restart d phone before d camera can work again. But of recent d camera has stop working, it will show blank with all d onscreen camera fuctioning and later say "gallery isn't responding" and later say "Cant connect to camera".
I have done restart even restore the factory settings still yet not even responding atall.
3 days again i take it an engr to help me upgrade it to Lolipop version. After the upgrade the camera worked perfectly back but after like 8 hours it started showing blank and later Gallery not responding.

Pls what could be the cause?
can it be from the panel/board or the latest version 5.1 is not well installed.
NB: I av tested d camera hardware on other infinix hot note and it work perfwctly.
