SCORENigeria understands that Franco-Cameroonian agent Olivier Noah has allegedly submitted two different copies of the international passport of Stephen Odey to FC Zurich in a desperate bid to scuttle the transfer.

He has also demanded a percentage from the striker’s transfer to the Swiss club.
The passports carry different ages of the MFM FC star.

Noah was the one who facilitated the botched move to Danish club Midtjylland during which the two passports also surfaced and Odey was branded an age cheat.

“Yes, the boy’s two passports were also sent to FC Zurich, but it seems they are not interested in that,” a source told SCORENigeria

“The handlers of the player had already forewarned them against that and have also attached court papers which have cleared the player of any misdeeds.”

It was further gathered that the rival agent has demanded a percentage from the player’s move to FC Zurich even though he did not broker it.

The agreement between he and the player has since expired, another source informed SCORENigeria

“There is no way he can get anything from the boy’s transfer because he did not facilitate it and moreover, his agreement with the player has since ended,” said the source.

In this case again Ilori is still far ahead of Dominic Iorfa and Aina(best right back in the 'championship') because with the little game time Ilori had in the Spanish LA liga he showed pure quality and class when he made the LA liga team of the weekweek (best CB in La liga) ahead of some of the best defenders in the world. That means Stamp does not rate him at all and its really a waste of money.

Compare him to Domonic Iorfa first team regular for Ipswich over a hundred games in the championship ,add to that Iorfa is just 22, 2 years younger but way more experienced to summarise, them no be mate at all.

Please stop making reference to Olaitan's heart issue. stay with the context here. I am not here to argue to win an argument. Olaitan was once outstanding. Azeez was the best young player in Almeria -- "like I said if was not mistaking". You said Almeria was a poor club? granted. But Azeez did win an MOTM award in the LaLiga. Ilori also did once in LaLiga.

There was a period when Messi was constantly injured and didn't score or create enough(during Riijkard's tenure)but despite how pressing it was, the Barca board never even thought of buying another left-wing forward, rather Ronaldinho given his free role would always be available to help out the young lad, now that is the perfect and maximum definition of trust, they didn't even need to mention Messi's name in their end of the year review. In 2008, they were more willing to kick out Dinho instead of Messi, if you don't gain enough confidence from that then you need serious deliverance. Now in quick contrast, Bojan was tearing it up at youth level, doing things seemingly impossible and people thought he was the next Messi and rightly so too, but the board went ahead and bought Henry, effectively stalling the little lad's development, as if that wasn't enough when Eto and Henry left, they still got Villa and Sanchez, that destroyed the boy's confidence and development, no need telling you how well he is faring now. Same goes for Cuenca(though his was mainly cause he was injury-prone, but even Messi used to be).

My point is an entire club showing faith and trust in one particular player leads to the making of a world class player. Check all the world class players, at 18 or 19, they'd already be regulars or near regulars for their clubs, not because they are the best there but because the clubs believe in them.

Now take a look at Iheanacho's case. His first full season, he had the best GtM ratio in the Epl and the best shot conversion? Stats beffiting of a potential world class player(or in the worst possible case, just a level below World Class), the previous coach showed believe in him but once he got replaced, the new coach didn't play him at all, the club never complained and they were more than willing to spend so much to buy other strikers that would effectively push him out of the team, the coach even played wingers in his place and the club never complained despite finishing 4th, that is enough to bring down Iheanacho's confidence and if he doesn't hit the ground running at Leicester frustration might get the better of him and that would be another talent wasted(God forbid, it won't be well with Man City). Now tell me, if Iheanacho was an Arsenal player do you think they would have sold him to Leicester? They wouldn't have purchased Lacazzette even and that is why most of their players perform beyond their abilities. Man City was the wrong move for the boy.

Albrighton On Huddersfield - Praise For Iheanacho



Winger Marc Albrighton had admitted that Leicester City won't get away with lacklustre performances like Huddersfield Town this year, and manager Craig Shakespeare had praise for Kelechi Iheanacho's performance in the game, especially as he's still building is fitness following injury issues.


Heading to the John Smith's Stadium for the game, Leicester fell behind just after the half time restart but a Jamie Vardy penalty had us pretty quickly back on level terms.

Speaking to the Leicester Mercury as he spoke with the media following the one all draw, Albrighton explained.

'I think we have to be pleased with a point after a performance we believe was below par. Huddersfield did to us what we normally do to other teams. They got in our faces and made it difficult for us. We didn`t find a way around that. In the first half particularly we were poor, but in the second half we gave it a go.'
He went on to say.

'Conceding so early on is always a blow but getting back into the game so quickly afterwards is a credit to us. A point is probably a fair result. At half-time we said for some reason or another it just wasn`t there. We won`t get away with that against a lot of teams this year. Fortunately we hung in there. Last year we probably would have lost that game. We hung in there and got a point. It was a blow to concede so quickly in the second half because we spoke at half-time about winning the first and second balls. Straight away we didn`t do that and we conceded. It was tough to take but we got back into the game and we needed to do that.'


With four points from the opening five games, Albrighton knew there was plenty of room for improvement and he was confident we'd show that.

'We have had some tough games to start. We have played Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea, so coming here we knew it would be a different test but equally as hard. We weren`t on our game and if we had have been we probably would have got maximum points. It is frustrating.'


With Iheanacho coming back into the starting eleven and making his full debut for the club, getting 69 minutes under his belt, Shakespeare was quoted by the same outlet as saying he was pleased with his performance, especially as he's not yet 100%.

'It was very pleasing to see him work so hard but I expected them all to put a shift in. We know the reality he hasn`t trained fully or played fully. I think he will only benefit from playing and getting more minutes under his belt. His fitness and sharpness will improve. As a forward you are looking for that dynamic movement in the final third but he is still finding that. He is capable of playing that role in terms of linking up but he can also play on the shoulder and get in behind as well. It is important as a forward you have other strings to your bow. He played the role we asked and I thought he did it admirably.'

Neville Tasks Sanchez, Ozil To Learn From Diligent Iwobi, Welbeck




Manchester United legend Gary Neville has praised Super Eagles forward Alex Iwobi for his hard-work in Arsenal’s 0-0 draw against Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

Iwobi who made his first league start, was a surprise pick ahead of Chile star Alexis Sanchez who started from the bench while Mesut Ozil was out due to injury.

And after an impressive performance, Iwobi was later replaced by Mohamed Elneny with 10 minutes left.

The former England international also Hails Danny Welbeck for his tireless efforts in the London derby at Stamford Bridge
Neville commends the attitudes of both Iwobi and Welbeck noting that their disciplined performances were an example to both Sanchez and Ozil when they come back into the side.


“Arsene Wenger made a difference,” Neville told Sky Sports.

“He chose attitude and hard work over talent. Granit Xhaka (L) partnered Aaron Ramsey (R) in Arsenal’s midfield

“Iwobi and Welbeck did what Ozil and Sanchez didn’t do at Liverpool. They attached themselves to the two central midfielders. When I saw Xhaka and Ramsey in this team today, I thought they would get bulldozed in midfield, however, Iwobi tucked in, making Chelsea go wide and Welbeck did the same on the other side.

Neville added: “When you think about Ray Parlour and the job he did for Arsenal over the years, of course there would have been more talented players than him but he put in the hard work and showed the right attitude.

“In big matches at Manchester United, Sir Alex Ferguson went with Ji-sung Park and Darren Fletcher, why? Because they were the most talented players at the club? No, but because they needed to show discipline and respect for the opposition.

“Wenger chose a hard-working attitude over talent. They got into the shape and did the job that we’ve been demanding from them over the last few years.

“It’s not difficult and ultimately that video should go to Ozil and Sanchez because they do need to come back in, but if they are not going to do the job required, sit in the stands and let two players with less talent do the job you need to do in a big match.

“There’s no excuse for any player not to work back into a defensive position. The only player I saw have that luxury in 20 years was Cristiano Ronaldo and in big matches he was shoved up front.

“However, he scored 40 goals a season and United were winning things. That’s when you can get away with it. Sanchez does normally work hard but Ozil now has no excuse not to get back into his position after seeing this game.

“What Arsenal did is show some respect at Stamford Bridge and they got the result because of that. I was delighted to see it because we’ve been crying out for it for many, many months.”
