I contacted him that there was no balance on the card, and I didn't use it, I gave him several screenshots to show this but he was still accusing me of wanting to eat my cake and have it, I even told him I will give him access to my account to check it himself. I told him it's three of us that have access to the card, if I didn't use it and you also didn't use it, we are left with only one choice which is your source but he said his source didn't use it either.

I had to call eBay to find out what happened to the card, and I was told the card balance has been frozen ( card balance don't just get frozen except there is callback from the source)
I was sent an email on how to unfreeze the card balance, I gave him the screenshot of the mail I got from eBay but he still didn't believe me as if I manufactured the mail out of thin air.

I had to call eBay agent the second time to record the conversation and I forwarded him the recorded conversation.

He received the recorded audio conversation and went silent neglecting all my messages, I called him through WhatsApp call he kept declining my calls. He finally responded after several hours of silent telling me I have all they are requesting.

If card balanced is locked it means either the buyer made a chargeback or the gift card was bought with a *HOTLISTED* card {HOTLISTED cards refer to cards that have been blacklisted by either the issuer, the store or the company issuing the gift card. Card can be hotlisted for so many reasons I cannot start mentioning here}

Either ways the issue stems from the buyer of the gift card which indirectly transfers the onus of responsibility on Toluxa1 since it is assumed you are the only one with direct access to him/her

So Toluxa1 please contact your seller to help resolve this issue ASAP.

You two are big shots -so to speak- in the game so 280k shouldn't be too much to cause us wasting pages, going back and forth and flooding this already flooded thread unnecessarily with screenshots.
