The international community cannot remain silent and not condemn the horrendous suffering caused by what, from all indications is a state-backed programme of brutal depopulation of the Rohingya inhabited areas in Myanmar on the bases of ethnicity and religion. Let me correct you there, Flood didn't lavish Benue State, in fact Benue State is the architect of Her problem, they have the power to avert what happened but choose to be adamant, what do you expect when houses are built on Water Channels? No evacuation of drainages, drainages are turned to dubbing of refuse, no single effort from the government knowing fully well that Benue is a Valley.
