I for instance, regularly receives visits of beings and entities, who tell me various things. I have described once here, my first meeting with someone who I felt was Jesus. I later on, met him twice more. How can I be sure, I am dealing with the real mc coy and not some projection/delusion of my own? This is precisely the reason why I have avoided giving total credence to the experiences.

Similar experiences I can recall hundreds, the last one being someone telling me he is an Envoy of "the mother".

Yes, the issue of control is absolutely critical and this is why I raised it with the aforementioned person. It seems to me he has no established control parameters therefore I will never credit his experiences as Divine. There are two main methods of effective control, the most expedient of course is the 'Soul Craft' method, being classically trained that is the way I was taught, we are also given a 'fail-safe' method for lone practitioners which I will detail to you separately.

The bottom line is that without establishing the control methods then astral or soul travel remains within the realms of a self-psychosis.
