Football has graced us with some of the best athletes in the world. With the current set of players, the sport is quickly becoming the industry leader. As talented as these players are, there seems to be a problem. Most of these football players have a spoilt side; more like a kid whose candy was taken from him. We will now look at such players and the kind of antics they usually pull off. We present to you, football's bad boys;

South Africans boasted a lot too prior to that match.. But what happened on the field had nothing to do with what the fans did or thought.

One thing i know for sure. I did not hear of Rohr studying videos of South Africa before that match. I didn't read of any intensity as regards studying the opponents. All we had were friendlies.

Yes, and let me be arrogant for once -- just because I know Rohr is not leaving any stone unturned as regards Zambia.

Here is my list of SE players for Algeria. grin

Modified
Joel Obi (injury suspect) or Muazam
Sarenren(injury suspect) or Emenike (oya make una come again)

Step by step.biko

We should not be thinking of Algeria when we are not done with Zambia.

I remembered how we missed the nations cup under Siasia.

@Bolded. That's very true.. Rohr, the players and we the fans really underrated SA. Our defeat to them had little to do with the absence of our key players..We just didn't take them serious enough...

But against Zambia, the players know what's at stake.. They know what a world cup appearance will add to their career.... No room for mistake at all.

I've not seen Pinnick act this confident as regards other players we are trying to win to our camp.
The boy would have been turned off long going by Pinnick's utterances. Let's trust that Pinnick got this in control. This na family matter. Pinnick is like family to them it is looking.

Bros, the Nigerian league is a joke compared to other African leagues.

The African Champions league quarter finals were played some few days ago, e bi like say I dey watch European league. Very entertaining and impressive. grin

Until, all clubs are taken away from the government by private investors, we go still dey produce mediocre players.

Most of our young players avoid the league like plague in other to get a good club abroad else the club will not near you once they know you have made the bench in the local league. grin

*cough* Lavia no bi am na. grin

I will rather go for Kingsley Madu instead or Taye Taiwo. grin

Etebo is mediocre abi?

I've never subscribed to that idea that we lost to SA because of those missing players. No be the same SA Cape Verde dey beat home and away?
Even our CHAN team with intense preparation can give SA problems. However, I'm not taking anything away from them. They prepared well for us and they executed. They deserved the win.

Let's be honest. The NPFL standard is poor. Yes, it produced talents, that does not take away from the problems of the league.

Is the NPFl the best platform for a talented player to reach his potential? With some hard work, some players from the league achieve success abroad.

Even if you consider the league poor, it doesn't give any body the right to reduce the league to the lowest possible decimal like he has done.
All titles we pride ourselves with in football, have been won by the the products of this same league. That alone deserves to be respected.

Everything is pointing to the fact that Chelsea wonderkid Tammy Abraham has decided to represent Nigeria at international level, rather than his country of birth England, if we are to swallow hook, line and sinker statements credited to Nigeria Football Federation supremo Amaju Pinnick.
It was under the stewardship of Pinnick that the likes of William Troost-Ekong, Tyronne Ebuehi and Ola Aina chose to represent the Super Eagles ahead of their countries of birth.
And the ex-Delta State Sports Commission boss seems to have caught his biggest fish yet after holding talks with Abraham and his father in the English capital last week.
''I was with Tammy Abraham and his father in London last week and our meeting was positive,'' Pinnick told
scorenigeria.com.ng.
''They have collected the forms and just the way we followed up with that of Ola Aina we would do same with Tammy.
''I can tell you that his parents are excited about the prospect of the young lad playing for Nigeria.
''But we have to be patient because we have seen with the case of Ola Aina that the process is not automatic.''
Allnigeriasoccer.com earlier reported that Tammy Abraham is focused on representing the English youth teams for the time being, and will only consider the Nigeria setup if he is not capped by the Three Lions in the near future.
