Domainking.. I hate to call you guys out here but it's now getting too much.. My sites hosted with u guys have been offline for more than 6 days, support usually promised that it will be back online in couple of hours anytime I chat them up but seems hours self long pass day for your side, I have moved most of my site to other server due to your earlier blackout but I left this two as a sign of faith but seems my faith is now been tested severely.

DomainKing is really terrible at their job.

My website is hosted with them and the domain name is from namecheap. Now I renewd my domain name yesterday and since then, my website has been down. I tried chatting with domainking this morning and the guy kept insisting that my nameserver was changed!

How can that be possible?? All I did was renew my domain name and the same nameserver that has been there for years is what is still there. But they kept insisting that it was changed to something else and then rechanged again yesterday. Which is NOT true.

Please be assured that your domain is not being transferred anywhere and it stays with us (DomainKing.NG) and you will be able to manage your domain from your account with DomainKing.NG as you were doing earlier.

Please understand that it will not done anything to your domains and your domains will be renewed on time.

Please understand that this transfer is only being done at the backend to renew your domain with new registrar instead of old one. Because we have seen that there were some domain management issue with the earlier provider.

Well the issue haven't been resolved as i was told that Mr Jide haven't moved the domain name to my email which is amy4life5@gmail.com

Tried contacting Mr Jide on two of his emails but he is yet to reply and my website is still down at the moment.

Hi,
Please note that Bandwidth is renewed monthly because it is data transfer that is allowed on your account. It is used everymonth and that is restarts every month. Whereas disk space is permanent because you will not delete and re-upload your files every month but it will remain there forever.

Regarding buying disk space, Please note that you can buy additional disk space exclusively as there is no such option in our system and it cannot be done.

But, inorder to get more diskspace you can upgrade to a higher that has more disk space. If you are on Soldier plan with 1 GB diskspace then you can upgrade to Commander that comes with 2 GB space and 20GB Bandwidth.

Our Minister plan comes with 4 GB space and Un-metered bandwidth. Please note that your plan will be upgraded on pro-rata basis and you will only be charge for the days for which you will use the upgraded plan after deducting the left over days of the older plan you have not used.

For Example: If you are currently in Soldier Plan with 1 GB Space and 10 GB Bandwidth, cost of which is N3000 for 365 days or 1 year. And you decide to upgrade to Commander Plan (2 GB Space and 20 GB Bandwidth) after 30 days. The amount for remaining term (335 Days) of Soldier Plan will be deducted from the price of Commander Plan. And you will only be billed for the amount that is calculated after this deduction.

omainking host sucks..You can get your domain from them but not your host..They never want to listen and accept its their fault.Its over 2weeks my colleagues and i bought a domain and host with them and to install a theme is a problem.We taught the problem was as a result of space.These thieves collected another 8500 from us to increase bandwidth..I will not advice anyone to deal with them.Its scam especially their host

Please understand that it takes almost 20-30 minutes for us to reply to every post that anyone posts. We have fully check every issue that you report here before posting any reply to you.

And we do this because we sincerely want to assist you in solving any issue that you are facing. We would never put this much effort to reply to you if we did not care to resolve any issue that you are facing.

The screenshot that you had sent to us showed & you reported that your import was stuck. And you had reported that you were seeing blank page on your website. So we asked you many times to please let us know which theme, plugins or any other scripts were you using so that we can replicate the issue at our end & solve it for you.

Please try to understand that without these details it is very hard to troubleshoot an issue. And this is the same for every client with any provider. Without any details that we ask, how would it be possible for us to assist you.

But you are never replying to what we are asking from your end. Kindly understand that it becomes impossible for us to resolve any issue that you are facing in such a case.

But we have still been trying to explain & ask you the details many times. Also when we had informed you of Malware being reported with your theme files, then also you you seem to be confusing the 2 issues.
