I hope you know the exam you talking about? If you want to write the exam next month, you are expected to have started prep earlier, but if you are extremely good, goodluck. Check @femi312 previous posts for GRE folders link.

No its not, most school admission deadline is Dec 15 and some few ones have deadline as Jan if you want to be considered for funding.

Look for someone in the US you can tell them to send it to and the person can send it to you using USPS tracking, not more than $65.

Not all schools would agree to do that. But if they do, you can go to DHL and order a pickup to save yourself the stress of looking for dollars.
Its just about 20k.

DHL or UPS both have student account option that gives you a discount at N12,000 or so.

Yes it's possible but my own advice is follow the lay down rules and if you don't violate it then you are good to go.

If your school express mail is below $65, I advise you to go for it and if not find alternative and send me pm if you still need help for the pick up of your i20.

I realized you've posted this same question in Canada �� Student visa section here on Nairaland..
So, it will be better to wait for them to reply you because the visa requirements for USA student visa and Canada student visa are not the Same..
