I am not certain about your NOC, but I think it falls within the category from people's comment here. Confirm in the link below and look out for gurus' response also. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp 431 is quite close to recent trends and we do hope the cutoff drop more in future draws, score was around 413, 423 etc months back so you are on track @cochthrane and others can weigh in now...over to the boss Alwaysblessed: 1 Like |

snt99: I believe you're referring to your educational qualifications like first degree, second degree and PhD if you have them as well as diploma which WES evaluates if your school(s) is among those listed on their site. WES also evaluates ACCA positively. |

Morning Great Minds, Could someone kindly clarify if the minimum fund to show as POF could be raised immediately ITA is issued? If yes, will such arrangement with LOE fetch one a PPR? Thanks for the anticipated kind response. |

@ Justicia : this might be another suggestion. Of cos it might not be the best but it gives another view as per the issue. 1: have your family members send their passports to you in Canada using DHL and you in turn send the whole package including ur passport, the COPR mail and other documents to the submission office. Your application is treated as a unit irrespective of dependents and I'm assuming u are the principal applicant so having all these together makes processing faster. You can then forward their stamped passports to them in Nigeria once completed. You can have a cover letter explaining the reason why the Passports are being sent through mail cos the guys at CBSA (Canadian Boarder Security Agency) might want to raise their noses... so you are covered. 2: if you had submitted ur passport already, call CIC on +1-888-242-2100 and request for another letter for them. The wait time is crazy but it's worth it. Hopefully you get to speak with someone nice who would help sort the case out. All the best with whatever option you choose... congratz!. Just curios... is this the same moniker from the canadastudent thread from way back? 3 Likes |

Yes it could be, but you will need a gift deed from the source (most advisably one lump sum from one source). You shouldn't need an LOE, having the gift deed. senors: 2 Likes |
