I can imagine. The next draw is our draw

threadstone:

I know how the wait can be gruelling. Was rushing to fill and get into the pool on the 7th and draw came up (missed it by 20 mins or so). But in the meantime, i've gathered all required docs down in pdfs, bank left. you can do that too.

Your ita is coming ness month. I said it grin

Have you both done your ECA? Next step is to dive into the pool if you have.
You shouldn't need provincial nomination if you are the principal applicant, that is cos of your age and provided your work experience is not in NOC C.
You can determine your CRS here
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Thank you for your response.
I did the calculation and it's 431,is the score okay for pool without PNP.
Secondly how do I know where my work experience enter? Am a customer service in a bank.
Please house with the answer to above question

Algbenguze:

With you being the principal applicant, if the 8 in both ielts results were in Listening, your CRS points will be 431 making you an ideal candidate for this Express Entry without needing provincial nomination. This is assuming your hubby also evaluates his BSc.
431 is within touching distance of recent cut-offs (433, 434 & 435) for ITA so i guess you stand a good chance.
However (and it's just a suggestion), if money is no constraint and you want to maximize your chances, you may want to rewrite ielts for a better score. Reason is that it's the only area where you can improve your CRS points just in case CRS cut-off in subsequent draws doesn't fall to 431.

Thank you so much.
I really appreciate

I am not certain about your NOC, but I think it falls within the category from people's comment here. Confirm in the link below and look out for gurus' response also.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

431 is quite close to recent trends and we do hope the cutoff drop more in future draws, score was around 413, 423 etc months back so you are on track

@cochthrane and others can weigh in now...over to the boss cheesy

I believe you're referring to your educational qualifications like first degree, second degree and PhD if you have them as well as diploma which WES evaluates if your school(s) is among those listed on their site. WES also evaluates ACCA positively.

I'm just thinking. Is it not better to turn my account to a joint account with my spouse and use it for EE instead of transferring the POF to her own account since she is the PA?
With a joint account, there won't be any need for explanation about the funds in her account. Does this make sense?

Yes it does. As long as it's just the 2 of u.

Morning Great Minds,
Could someone kindly clarify if the minimum fund to show as POF could be raised immediately ITA is issued? If yes, will such arrangement with LOE fetch one a PPR? Thanks for the anticipated kind response.

@ Justicia : this might be another suggestion. Of cos it might not be the best but it gives another view as per the issue.

1: have your family members send their passports to you in Canada using DHL and you in turn send the whole package including ur passport, the COPR mail and other documents to the submission office. Your application is treated as a unit irrespective of dependents and I'm assuming u are the principal applicant so having all these together makes processing faster. You can then forward their stamped passports to them in Nigeria once completed. You can have a cover letter explaining the reason why the Passports are being sent through mail cos the guys at CBSA (Canadian Boarder Security Agency) might want to raise their noses... so you are covered.

2: if you had submitted ur passport already, call CIC on +1-888-242-2100 and request for another letter for them. The wait time is crazy but it's worth it. Hopefully you get to speak with someone nice who would help sort the case out.
All the best with whatever option you choose... congratz!.
Just curios... is this the same moniker from the canadastudent thread from way back?

Dont mean to be bearer of bad news but what i read online seems to give 40-60 days from file transfer date(ie date file was moved to lvo) to reach IP2 from NA2 and possibly a further 15-60 days to reach PPR.

*BEST TO FORGET WHAT WE READ AND JUST WATCH AND PRAY!*

Forgotten!!! Eyes lifted up in prayer!! grin grin

Yes it could be, but you will need a gift deed from the source (most advisably one lump sum from one source). You shouldn't need an LOE, having the gift deed.

Hello sir, just spoke to a contact some mins ago. Yes, they are out of office like u mentioned earlier but it won't take a month to process. The standard processing period is 2wks but in this case maybe 3wks.

Furthermore, WES verify through email and physical mail while they also reply through both ways. They are very familiar with WES.

Finally, they send the transcripts through NIPOST but if you wish to use courier service, they will call to inform you when the transcript is ready for pick up and send you the courier service number for payment.

I am also in this with you.
Cheers

Cc@40manlappy
Please i sent you a pm. Kindly reply. Thank you
