@seyewest I appreciate all ur post here always but note I never compare man to God. my concern is just thinking dt d vo is right to deny someone visa at times is wrong. God controls d vo to give visa or not, it's not by his or her psychology

I am very much aware of this,as much as I know that regulation is also applicable in visa processing

On what ground where you previously denied, and what in your assessment changed between then and your last interview? Any perceived misrepresentation? Your ties though! Married, kids, good. But your job and travel history are key to your kind of application, you can see the student OP doesn't have that having a sibling in the US hurdle to cross like your situation. Your personal ties just have to be extremely good I swear

@AbujaNIV sir, a quick one.

If someone invites me to the US and has previously invited another person, and the person failed on abiding to the visa condition and stayed back, how does that affect me the new invitee of his/hers? Should I be bothered? Asking for general learning purpose

Hello salsera -

Your statement is incorrect. To enter the US you must have a valid visa (valid on the date of entry, doesn't matter how much longer it is valid for) and a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry. If Rachie83 is planning to travel to the US in November 2017 then the Passport expiring in February 2018 will be a problem. She should renew the passport before traveling. If she has a visa in the passport that expires February 2018 she can bring that passport with her along with her new passport to be allowed entry. Alternatively, she can renew the passport before her interview so that it is all in 1 passport.

My apologies. I stand corrected then. This is new to me, I always thought 6 months validity on passport was for visa issuance. I didn't know its important at date of entry into the US.
Thanks!

Yes,you may be very correct, as much as I also say its God that grants visas,this is a faceless community with different beliefs and ideas,we have seen lots of people with travel history rejected and lots with no history, so it's only normal to think irrational
But according to you OmoB,am the only one who have said this since the past few years Okwaya

Abeg,questions like
1- what are my chances to get visa?
2-what documents do I need?
3-Are this ties strong enough?,if you want to know strong ties,do some research

@OmoBendel,no we aren't fighting

Oga boss, I can't just jump and pass! You and @JWT just dey reign for the thread.

Your case is a clear one of desperation, and it will soon earn you a proper red-flagging at best and a ban at worst. Lemme attempt to tell you your plan. Seems everyone is some bit sugarcoating what should be told you in plain and clear terms, and I will help, ain't taking prisoners on this one.

You actually don't have money for birthing like you rightly said, you wanted to relocate with your family to the US back of a B1/B2 visa, you also wanted to birth without payment from your pocket, on an anchor baby route proper. That has failed, and sense has departed you, you have studied the thread and twerked it to fit your desperation albeit directionlessly. Your decision now is to go alone, relocating without your wife and child for now. You want to use the thread and our head to know how to do this....

The simple answer is that you will be found out, particularly because of your impatience! Punishment awaits you if wisdom will not return to you early now....

Believe what you want to believe. It's lame trying to police people that are denied Visa. You don't know me and you don't know whether I'm saying the truth or not. You are just worked up and guessing.

1. I think most people here, are not here for different opinions but want a green-light for what they want to do (mostly the desperados and illegal-inos).
2. If you ask for opinions, be open-minded enough to accept not everyone will agree with you or what you plan on doing. Ignore the insults and get the information you need. I thought Nigerians had a tough skin? are you jellies now?
3. And to those that throw God in every statement (outside of thanking whatever deity rocks your boat), why don't you ask God if you will get the visa, since you are ever more ready to tell us we are not God.
4. To those ready to spit venom on contributors, why do you turn to jelly when a VO says the same thing we tell you? are you afraid they may recognise you on the interview line, and make up their minds to reject you (relax, it doesn't work that way.).
