Good morning Mr/Miss/Mrs Cassie74 cheesy grin

If you prefer flying, then I'll suggest Ghana

There are a lot of fun things to do in gh, especially if you are willing to travel as a family out of Accra too (Canopy walk 4 example)

But I warnyou tho, Ghana on average is more expensive than Benin Rep. but fortunately, Naira has gained some strength which is a plus for you

For hotels; to have an idea of prices of hotel, plus the location of the hotel, check this website www.jovago.com

That will give you an idea.

As for flights, Air peace and Medview is what I'll recommemd for Ghana

For Cotonou, there is no more direct flight there again (Arik used to)

ABC goes that route too, all the way to Ghana, and it id quite comfortably, but a lil pricey

I forgot to tell you that you may need passports for your kids and yourself PLUS yellow fever vaccination card aka Yellow card.
It is very important, so that you will not experience stories that pain at the border, or the port of entry

The country is good if you are business minded, things are affordable, in comparison to Ghana or Nigeria, !but Cotonou is a lil cheaper, !

Looking for a job is not such a good idea, and the place you will see affordable rents is Youpougon and may be Angre

But some parts of youpougon rugged o grin

So shine your eyes there

in all the country is just there, the downside being that there are political hiccups from time to time

Boh u can open Facebook in Nigeria without being blocked! That's If u knw your game well tho. Going to Benin to bomb FB is not worth it.

Boh talking about avoiding police harassment, good electricity, It's worth it.

P.S. if ur package is tight, u will survive there with 40-50k per month (accommodation inclusive).

Hi guys ...I'm actually planning to go to Cotonou by January, hoping to get a two bedroom apartment in a cool place inside the very Cotonou, probably in an area like a small estate or something so I would like to know how much it's likely to cost per month... Remember it's a 2bedroom that has been set up in a cool place, or maybe you guys have a better idea of a place to stay.....thanks guys
