For head up notification,either reboot your phone or apply a new theme.
For the screen on during notification, I believe you have need answered, I even prefer it the way yours is now.
For the Gallery app, just get used to it, it's even easier to use when you have a large library of pictures. When you open the Gallery app, just swipe left to albums, all you need is there. Mine might be a little different from yours sha

Point is the room is almost well lit, you can see the lights from the windows, using a phone flash is even unnecessary to snap the end of the kitchen.

My daily driver is MEMT X5, sound is almost same bt i prefer the memt X5 in so many oda ways, like a more balance sound, better build, so tiny too. The sub bass is Geez... Dou i get good fitting in it too bt i can still hear wat odas in front of me are saying. You don't wanna be walking on the road with earphone and can't even hear the railway sound. Life too sweet. MEMT X5 is bae anyday anytime despite the fact that i got a defected one
