Method of Operations

1. We have sellers of different farm produce from different location & market. They are called Purchasers. The Purchasers represent the farmers who can't speak or write English Language.

Our purchasers are numbered as:

1. Purchaser 001 or (P001)
2. Purchaser 002 or (P002) etc

The customer can determine which purchasers they prefer. It brings about competition and price reduction to minimum level.

All the payment are done through one source which will be disclose at the right time.

Save our link as you can enter market with it whenever you want and go off after purchase to avoid pictures and videos.

Thanks

Re: Tubers (yam) And Grains Market by kallsy: 5:24pm On Oct 16, 2017
Dear NLs,

mFARMING { FREE SELF EMPLOYMENT}

The WORD mFARMING is generated by *MOBILE FARMING. WHAT DO I MEAN? In 21st century, we experience a shift from native communication to wireless communication with a garget call phone, iPods, notebook etc. Telecommunication has created its own virtual world with mobile devices; the virtual world has its currency (cryptocurrencies with virtual bank), education (with virtual classroom, student and lecturers), markets (with virtual shops and goods), and transportations (with virtual car and drivers). All the virtual sectors are turned real on real time demand, but the most important sector of virtual world are left untapped called virtual farm ( with it farmers, tools and land).
We cannot discuss about vFarming without mobile Agrobusiness and it opportunities in Nigeria and West Africa. The best office or shop we have is mobile gadgets which give us access to the world through internet and it services. Most sectors have received bust from internet except Agricultural sector.
Let us consider about self-Employment is Agricultural sectors (Resellers). We will focus on sales of Tubers and Grains. We need only a phone and watsapp to start the business. Haven the requirements, how do we make money? Let take a commodity as example (Yam).
Calculation
100 Pieces of Yam goes for N12,000 from Niger State.
Therefore 1 Tuber is N120. (Farmer profit is about N50)
The same size of yam can be sold for N300-350 @ Lagos or Port Harcourt.
The difference is N180-230 are shared within;
1. Middle men within the farmer and reseller in the northern market.
2. Union.
3. Buyer from East or West.
4. Reseller (Agents).
All the four middle men determine and manipulate the price of commodity and make above 300-400% more than the farmer. Remember the profit is a function of size.
The profit of N180-230 is our mean focus. We designed Real time market were consumers, reseller (Tubers & Grains watsapp reseller) will meet the farmer direct and make the about 60% of N180-230 without seeing the product.
Reseller (Tubers & Grains watsapp Group).
Join our reseller’s platform and duplicate our work, market it to your contacts, social network and unknown individuals…..even to consumers since it will become extremely cheap, manipulate or regulate the price base on the location.
The next write up we will discuss about virtual farming, where you can farm in any country, sell the product in another country base on demand without travelling. You will chose country, farm land, cost, crops and likely profit……..all cover with insurance. All in virtual world.

THE VIRTUAL FARM WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CREATED IN NIGERIA, JOIN US AS WE MOVE TO TOWARD IT.

Dear NLs,

Tubers & Grains Real Time Market are making the buying and selling of agriculture product interesting. We purchase different commodities to our customers which ranges from Tubers ( Yam and Potato) and Grains ( Soya beans, Melon, Maize, Millet.... dry Okro, dry Pepper etc).

We represent different Yam market in Niger State... We have made our customers to notice that the middle men makes better profits by only purchasing Yam & Potato. The Question is why? The answer is, your buying blindly.

WE ARE BRINGING THE SAME MARKET TO YOUR HOME VIA YOUR WATSAPP WHICH INCLUDES; PICTURES, LIVE PRICING OF PRODUCTS ( YAM AND OTHERS) WITH LOCAL FARMER, VIDEO ON DEMAND.

YAM MARKET TRICKS.

1. CATEGORIES; No farmer brings same category of yam to the market nor a particular LAND decided to yield same size. Most are separated by the middle men to make more money.

TUBES & GRAINS HAS ONLY
a, Small with some medium.
b, Meduim with some Big
c, Big with some Large.
d, Large\ Extra Large. ( No one can separate these two groups)

2. PRICE: Most Marketers brings down the price and confuse your with different categories of yam prices.
3. PROPAGANDA's: Most Marketers will start injecting FEARs into their customers that OTHERS are SCAMMERS. Try to purchase else where and compare the qualities. Most buyers are happy by receiving the goods they paid for, fine and good. The Question is: Is the goods equal to the value of the money? If Yes or No...how do you know? Only if you compare.

NOTE: If you have purchase from me, try another person....then the DIFF WILL BE CLEAR (7UP). If you have being purchasing else where, try one set from me.

GRAIN MARKET TRICKS.

Most will give you low price, after transferring the money the price will change. No refund policy.

*Good Morning Nairalanders,*

We thank God for success we have make in a short period. We have not deviated from our original ideas of;

1. Virtual or Smart Farming
2. Mobile Purchase of Products
3. Smart Agro-Business Logistics
4. Smart Contracts

Over time we are dealing with the Free Scam Payment Hub which is different from what is obtainable in Nigeria today......alot of constraint.

We have succeeded in creating a brand known as Tubers & Grains Market.

We experience over 400% increase in our transactions.

We have shift slightly from Sourcing products to Real farming of Agricultural products like Melon & Beans. In the next 2 years we are projecting to be the highest Melon producer in Nigeria.

We still source for;

1. Tubers (Yam, Yam Seed & Potato)
2. Melon
3. Millet
4. Dawa
5. Ginger
6. Onions
7. Soya Beans
8. Guine Corn
9. Maize ( chaff for feeds)
10. Rice ( Bran or cheff )
11. Flours ( Alibo, corn & cassava)

We Represent Market in North Central but online, you source for seeds like;

12. Carrot
13. Sesame
14. Tomatos
15. Moringer
16. Peppers

*Good Afternoon All*

*We thanks all in present, who genuinely want to grab Oppurtunities and multiply avaliable funds or savings*.

Here comes the analysis of the oppurtunity before us. We will consider these questions.

1. What Agribusiness can give us over 500% (ROI)?

2. What are the duration for the business?

3. What are the minimum capital to invest?

4. Risk Factors (0-5)%

5. *What are the indicators for entering Points?*

6. What are the exits method and cash_out points?

7. *What are the expected ROI?* (It's designed for anybody to cashout anytime base on expected profits).

The Initiative is not a *get rich quick scheme* or MLM.

*The business can be done anywhere and any market.*
*************************

*Question 1.*

What Agribusiness can give us over 500% ROI?

To some it sounds strange and other have the data's of the said commodity from our four days market update intervals.
The product is called *Egusi*.

Melon *(Egusi)* farming business is a very lucrative one that anyone interested in earning Financial freedom should engage in. Unfortunately little concentration is given to this kind of farming. Farmer focus on other products ( Maize/Soya Beans/Beans etc )thats is highly consumed by Man & Animal with little return.

Our concern is not Farming/Harvesting/Processing rather turning melon into financial freedom.

*Planting Egusi is the best in maximizing profits but we strike it off as a result of 50% risk of planting and Processing.*

For the sack of true information we will strike off some risk.

*Answer 1. Unpeeled Melon*

Question 2
What are the duration of the business?

Before we discuss duration time of *Melon Storage*. *We'll first analyze 2017/18 return on investment.*

*2017/18 ROI*

*Harvest*

In the peroid above we experience normal yield of melon & low yield of late planting while other *indicators* was showning sign of purchase without recognition.

Some stored melon annually without considering the risk because it was believed that melon appriciate yearly. They made about 500% Profits.

*ROI of 2017/18*
HPPM: #80 & (#5,000-5,200) per Mudu & bag respectively.

After two weeks it move upward to #100 and then #120 in one month.....till it hit #550 per Mudu and (#38,200)per bag.

*Pls calculate the ROI *. Please don't believe everything I said rather do small research to know the facts.

*Please read this short facts*.

*On 2017 Dec, I was travelling from Minna (Niger State) to Aba ( Abia State) we stopped Paiko Market in Paiko LGA, Niger State for ppl who have paid for sits. On transit I noticed five men are discussing on new price they will set melon (Egusi) in Umuahia. To my surprise as we stopped at Tower (Umuahia) I saw SUVs belong to those guys. One off them said to me: "Melon gives blood money" and he makes minimum of #400,000 monthly, stop office work he said*.

The information shows that melon produced in South South & South East can be *consummed in two months or less as a result of *No* commercial melon farmer in that region.

Same goes to West & South West.

*If you can prove me wrong please do*. Anyway thats reseller approach of peeled melon business.

The Question is: *Can such repeat this season? If Yes or No, why?*

Question 5 will answer it.

The expression "Blood money" refers to *lucritiveness or good profit margin*.

Harvest Period Price of Melon: HPPM
*************************

*Question 2. What is the Business Life Circle?*

Business without duration is aim-less. It's fetting to consider *Time / Period* in our daily/weekly/monthly activities.

Duration or Circle of the business is about 8 months to achieve maximum ( 500% ). Lets see example:

Month 1.......62.5%
Month 2.......125%
Month 3.......187.5%
Month 4.......250%
Month 5.......312.5%
Month 6.......375%
Month 7.......437.5%
Month 8.......500%

Someone can decide to complete his/her circle anytime and exit with any percentage (%) profit.

*Remember the monthly percentage stated above are not facts but sample.*

We have factors that shot the price.

Question 2 Answer: Maximum completion of Circle is 8 month. Some Region might hit 500% ROI in 5 Months. My Analysis is from one of the cheapest zone/region on earth (Niger State). So, you will make more.

*************************
*Question 3. What are the minimum capital to invest?*

Let consider 2017 HPPM, which was about #5,100-5,200 Per 100kg space bag.

Someone can invest as low as 1 bag but two is better.

Is true *"all hands are not equal but yours most not be the shortest"*

Maximum can be any amount but should not disturb our businesses. It will be enjoyable when purchase minimum of 20 bags.

Anyone can enter with reasonable amount.

Remember our indicators should trigger *buy* before we move ahead.

*************************

Question 4. *Risk Factors of Unpeeled melon (0-5)%*.

No Business without a *risk* but is very important to take a calculated *risk*.

*Risk* 1. Neatness: During purchase look for clean & well dried unpeeled melon. (If not neat the value will depreciate).

*Risk* 2. Storage : Keep it dry. (If not properly stored the value will depreciate)

To some Agropreniuers *melon is considered to be risk free*, others said is 2%.

Please read the write up of David Ovye in 2015 about melon storage in Linkedin.

I don't know him & he don't know me.

https://www./melonegusi-storage-business-most-investment-david-ovye

*Question 5*

*What are the indicators for entering point?*

*The question above is the best question one will ever ask in melon storage business*.

In 2016 season, a woman purchase melon @ the rate of #150 per mudu after 4 months she sold it @ same rate without recovering expenses money. It could be said that "she bought it cheap and sell cheaper" & work done is zero.

We will consider some basic indicators:

Indicator 1 Explanation.

*Seasonality*: Season is better and biggest treats to food security in Africa. Crop production is heavly dependent on *ANNUAL RAINFALL* . The price & avaliability of certain foods are largely determine by *season*.

a) Rainfall: According to Nigeria Meteological Agency ( NIMET ) state:
The earliest Onset date is expected to be from March 1st arround the coastal region... *North Cental will experience Onset on June 1... and Cessation data is expected to start by September.*

Haven the NIMET forecast in mind, the next question is.

What is the effect of the climatic change to local farmers?

Uneducated farmer don't understand the shift in weather which will corresponds will the shift in planting season.

Naturally each crop has a particular month, week or even day of planting as believe by local farmers. Once the period has passed hardly will farmers plant such with relax mind.

Melon Planting season in North Central is April and rain did not fall till late May & June as forecasted. Most farmers now concentrated on yam & other crops that are normally planted during the May/June season.

Few Planted Egusi while others targets late planting *without* knowning that Cessation will start *early.*

*Indicator 1 Forecast:*

*If cessation starts early as forecasted, that means late "planting will not yield in North Central"*.

*A strong indicator that melon will be "expensive"*. Including the fact that few farmer planted melon.

Note: If your outside Nigeria you can use meteological forested to measure fram activities arround you to harness the oppurtunity.

*Indicator 2:*

*Farmers Displacement:*

*************************

Farmers Displacement:

Clearly, the action of Boko Haram in the North East and Herdsman in the North Central Nigeria has disrupt agricultural activities.

*Some of Farmers in Benue relocates to Niger to Plant Yam*. This is clear indicator that melon will go high.

Psychologically farmers will not farm with they full potential to avoid unbearable losses that might result from crises.

One Igbo proverb said: "Ala adighi nma bu uru ndi eze" which means *crises benefits the kings*.

How do we make best use the crises time for financial enrichment?

Only to invest on agro-products early.

[7/10, 8:08 AM] Kalu Sunday: Question 6.

*What are the exit-method and cash out point?*

Before we consider question number six, we will first consider what shifts the entering price from #80 to #100.

This is a period where business minded Agropreniuers bank they savings by purchasing a well dried melon.

The sudden demand increases the price of a melon by #20.

*Exit method:* At what point can investor pull out his fund? The money invested could be seen as money banked in a commercial bank since melon is at high demand anytime of the year.

Exit or total sales of stored goods is very easy by removing #20-40 from present cost. Millions can be sold in a market day.

For effective cash out during the pick or reasonable appreciated level, we most ensure ;

a) *Quantity:* The quantity most exceed the normal or standard given by others.
Reason: During purchase melon are turgid and started shrinking with time. *We encourage people to measured 73-74 mudu's which is 3-4 mudu's higher than normal.* What we are saying is stored bags should be slightly above normal by about 4%.

It has being confirm that melon shrinked by 2-3% if stored for long period.

b) *Clean & Dry*: Once is neat and dry customers will purchase yours b4 others.

*Harvest Period Price of Melon*

One of the most important indicator that truely indicate that melon will increase upto or beyond 500% is entering price.

*Last harvest Starting Price was #80 per Mudu & #5600 Per Bag*.

*Ending of the circle hit #550 and settled @ #500 per mudu & #35,000 per bag of 100kg presently.*

Note: The first price of melon is not the true entering price rather is called *False Price or Hunger Price*.

*False Price*: As a result of long season of hunger after planting season, farmers lack cash and started selling their farms or first yields at lower price.
Immediately after two weeks the price will come to normal *which is slightly above the false price*. It was @ #100 last year.

*For Real: When the False Price Hit above the previous @ #80, that means melon will be more expensive & above 500% ROI.*

*If it hit #80 we are likely to experience same thing next year.*

*If its below previous, is likely not to give 500% ROI.*

Question 7:What are the expected ROI?

Answer Number 7: ROI depends on factors mentioned earier.

Rainfall: Favourably, melon needs little rainfall to produce. North Central has not experience much rainfall....which will favour early planting of melon.

Farmers Displacement: The crises in the North Central will not farvour farmer.

HPPM: Harvest Period Price of Melon is the major factor to consider.

*We can experience some shift in price but possibly what happen during this year will repeat next year*.

*Modalities*

1. During Purchase: Melon shrinks during drying & storage period. Ensure that you add extra 4 mudu's during purchase.

Two percent (2%) for shrinking & 2% over for fast sales ( cash out ).

2. Make sure you dry the product atleast once in every two months.

3. Stored rightly.
