You may want to start with your folic acid now and of you had hormonal problems while ttcing, please see your doctor as hormone imbalance can lead to early miscarriage.
Also avoid pineapples and unripe pawpaw and food containing lots of potash.
Try to rest when you can as first trimester can be bitsh sometimes.
Start learning to lie on your left, you'll need to as your pregnancy progresses.
Other mamas would add or subtract from this.
