Clubkonnect, I introduce you guys to a friend to buy data and he made a transfer of #1,100 for 2gb MTN data to your first bank account on 4/9/17 till data he had not received his data. Ur customers care representatives(calls & whatsapp) have been going back and front on the issue since and I personally deposited #3,000 also into your first bank account on Friday 8/9/17 to fund my wallets account since Friday that I had notify you guys through calls nothing had been done to credit my account. Your customers care representative refuse to pick my calls again, the Whatsapp handler too refuse to respond, what is happening guys?

I Can't See July Transaction History From This End. The Transaction Was On July 12. I Transfered 1850 From My Wallet To My Zenith Bank Account With Account Number .... My User Phone Number Is 080........ I Called And Sent Messages Via Whatsapp And All I Got Was, We Are Working On It!

Clubconnet what is happening? I paid 2,600 into your Diamond bank acct over 3 hours now it has not reflected in my wallet.
Plus what exactly is wrong with your customers care service? I called the phone line twice it rang and the lady in charge just ignored my calls same thing with the what app line the person failed to reply my messages. This is getting nasty.

Infact it's over 5 hours sef. Since around 9am.

This is the lest internet payment I have made in a long while. The big sums goes within a twinkle of an eye,I am surprised why this little sum is taking forever to reflect in my wallet.

That's what my dashboard reflected even though I sent N550. Is this how your system works? I called your mobile line several times, a lady picked the call and asked me to call out the number I sent the airtime to, I went right back to my dashboard and the number has changed. Fortunately, I screenshot both. Was the N150 surcharge part of what it entails buying airtime with you? I just had to go for 500MB instead of 1G too bad. I still have N100 in my account. My registered number on your platform is 07066412XXX and it happened yesterday.

There is a 150 fee to fund wallet using airtime. But if u wanted 1gb direct, you should have transferred 599 our software will automatically send 1gb to d fone you transferred from

I'm glad you replied. Thanks. But don't you think, at the barest minimum, that this is very very fair? I saw your website through Google Adwords not Nairaland o! I registered, and decided to purchase N550 for 1GB (That's what I saw on your website) and an extra 10NGN for MTN share and sell, only to discover later on that the content on your website is misleading? Get this fact: People who resort to Data Resellers are only after bargains (cheaper data) Nothing more, nothing less. For crying out loud, why should I purchase 500MB worth of data( The 100NGN in my account is useless) for NGN55O when I can get 750MB for NGN500 from MTN although it last for a week? This is really unfair. If you have to resort to this attitude, why would anyone in his right mind do business with you? This is very unfair.
