I was frequently in Ghana and i have visited all part of the country except Kumasi,Brong Afon ..Takoradi..Simply because the highway leading to this directions aren't that well maintained...Yeah Accra is expensive because of its attractions and Capital of Ghana but you can still have a life around the suburb town and do your stuff in Accra....Check accommodation in places like Kasua,New Town,Ashimota,Techie Nungua..However Ghanian landlord are always careful when it comes to renting out apartments to Nigerians so its always easier for you to have some local around...

If you wanna connect with Nigerians easily..just enjoy the night life at circle,New Town or Nima (Accra Ghetto) but be careful with them..

As a foreigner you might find it difficult getting a job out there,so try to be an entrepreneur...Ghana itself is full of fun..Taxis are cheap..with 5 Ghana Cedis you can get a ride.They have nice affordable resort,mountains and waterfalls.Transportation in Ghana is actually cheap and affordable,Food is also affordable but accommodation should be your major concern and how u gonna make money.I think the landlords also always insist on 3 years advance payment.The most popular beach is Labadi beach,its like 7 Minutes drive from the city centre called CIRCLE...Other beaches are Kokrobite,Winneba beach and more...


One Thing i like about Ghanians is that they are peaceful people,They have quality of living and satisfaction..Nigerians work too hard for just show off!!! I really enjoyed my days out there can wait to visit Ghana again when i come home next year.

Akwaaba To Ghana,greet Them If Go.Accomodation Is Cheap In Kumasi Than Accra metropolis,foods are cheap in both city also tfare.what are going to do in Ghana?Don't Go There And Start Engaging Yourself In Fraud,because As A Nigerian you are a suspect at firstsight by the local.otherwise,they know the type of job or business you are do physically.dont carry too many gadgets like laptop,ipad n flashing mobile phone frequently and dress flashing,their boys can easily setup into police net.be careful of their girls,you attract them most because of owo in your pkt.dont shout ontop of voice while on phone call in a public trotro with your nigeria's english accent,those close to you will be silent for a while and wary of you till the journeing end.it hard for a ghaianan to trust you as a Nigerian but if he/she do,some will fight for you at any level.Be Very Careful With Nigeria's boys there esp the ones that are not yet married,living in group,tatoos all over the body and unkeep hairstyle,

Mingle with advance naija men and women there ,they will put you through.dont go ghetto area,you can easily be influence. Well,this is,my input from the little experience i gathered in both cities.,Accra is lovely and more lively.Living standard here is more expensive than kumasi.Kumasi is cheaper to stay and easier to settle down .Their women here....i reserve my comment.If you wanna be on low key,start from kumasi with time,u can move to accra.I heard of takoradi and wish to explore there too.Pls,if u are there or have been there,kindlyshare with the houss,how the place is,compared to accra and kumasi.

Do you know if viewing centre would be a very good business there? Actually the thing is, i need to start something with the little cash i'd be going with before getting jobs or so.. But the issue is, i have this problem which is i don't know what exactly to do with the token i have that would sell much in ghana before i can secure a job.
The businesses i have in mind are, viewing centre, bet shop(though i need advice on their best betting business) and computer business? So which of these ones do you think i should go for just to get daily tokens to cater for myself till i'd be able to secure a job. Hmm, not only that accommodation is expensive at Accra, but other things like food items and transportation too. I think since you're starting afresh, you should go for Kumasi it's a wise decision. But if you insist. 70 cedis monthly? I'll ask my mum if it's possible and get back to you.
