Hephgirl:Hello Hephgirl, yes it would, by 3 points thereby taking my CRS to 419 (currently on 416), not sure it's wise to hold off for 10weeks for 3 points. I don't know any other way to increase CRS so I'll wait for another favorable draw like it was in the past or go through PNP. 1 Like |

hiscules: @hiscules, please how did you contact CIC to make this inquiry? Also, referrering to the bolded above, are you saying its possible to combine both experience(banker & teacher which I believe the NOC will be totally different) and get the max points for 3years work experience? Do you think the profile below can claim 3years work experience and get maximum points? NYSC service year(2011 to 2012) Job A: 2014 - 2015 Job B: 2015 - 2017 Please note that the NOCs are different for each of the jobs and also that there's no gap between Job A and B i.e for example, stopped job A in February, started job B in March. |

Good afternoon house.. please my brother needs a professional advice, he sponsored wify to US to visit her brother, but she refused to come back. Asked him never to contact her again and even disabled all points of her contact and it's been almost a year. Her mother supports her fully. He has his ECA and IELTS the only thing holding him down is this issue. And she is presently in US illegally Abeg help a brother!!! |

The question seems to have been misinterpreted. At no point during the application will a certificate of marriage be withheld from the CIC or marital status be falsified. The question is 'Can a spouse initially mentioned on an EE application be changed from 'unaccompanying' to 'accompanying' after AOR? There's no intention to misrepresent marital status at all However judging from the hassles and controversy surrounding it. It may be safer to just stick with spouse taking IELTS and accompanying. I think it's better this way tollu: 1 Like |

manlikegb:I noticed there was a typo in my post. I meant you CANNOT claim points from 2 different unrelated jobs for EE, they need to be related irrespective of the NOC. Invariably, you cannot claim 2 years a banker and 1 year an IT officer... They must be related,I confirmed from CIC by tweeting at the m 1 Like 1 Share |

Dunni1113: Nothing stops him from continuing with his application. He could state that he is married but that the wife not accompanying him (with present circumstance, she may not come back). He should move on with his application. 2 Likes |

This is Wawwuuuu!!!! Any Child involved?... if any where are they? with woman or man. Which ever way, man should go ahead and enter pool stating wify is not accompanying him. Hope he gets ITA soon. I advise you keep Canny plan coded away from wify (such wify is a desperado). Dunni1113: |

Dunni1113: The only good thing here is that there are no children. Well, it's obvious the wife is no longer interested in the marriage. Let him consult a lawyer on how he can be legally separated from her. That way he may not need her for any part of his application. 2 Likes |

Hey guys, I'm filling the Statutory Questions section of the eAPR. When I select yes for previous visa refusal, I get a drop down form to provide details. 1. With this, my understanding is that I do not have to explain again in my general LOE and attach Schedule A upfront. Is this in order? 2. Question to those who have completed this section in the past and answered yes: Was there such a drop down to provide details, or is this new from CIC? ..just wondering why I read that may be good to submit schedule A upfront, if you can provide the details for previous visa refusal in the eAPR form already. |

Pls what's your pebc time-line like it how long did it take to get your certificate from them. Thanks dear... 1 Like |
