I've stopped believing in God/gods few years ago, but if there is/are God/gods like most ppl confidently believe, then why are some of us facing lifetime suffering?

Those God/gods could be advanced Aliens or God of Christianity/Islam or any other forms, but if they created us and most of us worship them, then at least they should help us directly. If not, then why did they created us? Is it to see us suffer and die and see the same thing again and again until everything is destroyed/ended?

please stop blaming God for this.

olodumare has created a benevolent environment for each one of us. it is our birth right to be joyous ,happy and be successful.

suffering comes with its own goodies.

if you are have never experience suffering, you are not growing, and if you are not growing you are dying. All the wonderful experiences and lessons life has to offer are yours just by overcoming challenges. think about your life, you will find that your best memories are made up of those moments in life where you chose to accept the challenge made by the emergence of an uncomfortable experience. therefore suffering bring wisdom and maturity.

imagine if it rains 365 days a year, how will farmer cultivate or harvest their crops ? suffering is part of life accept and deals with it. do not blame any one for your misfortune.. my God is wise

you stopped believing in God because of suffering. what will happen then if you were tested like Abraham who had to wait till he was 100 Years old before he had a child through his wife Sarah and yet didn't become atheist?
What will you do if you were tested like Job who lost all his children and properties and yet didn't curse God?

God exists. You can't see Him, but He is always present and He knows all that we pass through and hears us when we pray.
God is looking for faithful worshippers. He is looking for those who love Him and truth. Do not doubt Him.

When I say gods, it means the many classic gods who control the universe. Example, Sun god, Wind god, Sky god and so on.....

My parents were socialist, so Christianity wasn't related with me that much in my childhood. We did and hope will always celebrate Christianity festivals since it's embedded in almost all real or nominal Christian Ethiopians identity, but I wasn't serious about it.

I'm going to go to church now.

Yes, I believe that we (I, Nature and they - if they participated) are responsible for our evil/good actions.

If a person intentionally commit a bad thing, then he deserve punishment. But ppl didn't created life on Earth, so we can't punish them for the natural caused hell is going on here.

Hell on Earth is caused by both Nature and Humans. sad

The reason the "gods" watch us suffer, is the same reason why your teddy bear in your bedroom could not wake you up before you peed in your pants as a child sleeping in your room!!!

The teddy bear(just like the gods), were mental crutches/ supports, used to give comfort to the baby who does not know anything, or the schizophrenic who needs an imaginary friend to talk to!!!
