The issue for me has never been how many terms a leader has. If he performs then i don't mind him being there for 50 terms as long as the electoral system is strengthened in such a way that when people decide to change their leader, it will not be scuttled.

In Europe, the system is strong & transparent, governance is not a means of enriching one's self and generations unborn, an average German citizen doesn't want to rule, that's why it's same people over and again, people who truly have passion & capacity for leadership, now you can't say same Africa can you?
