GTB has blocked there cards on PayPal and eBay. Use Access Bank VISA Card on ebay and PayPal. Use GTB cards on Amazon

Its called latency issues and actually had nothing to do with ur speed. I use to use smile and dat issue was a reoccurring problem for me . I have switched to glo 4G which is more stable in my area and hardly has latency lags .wld advice u check which network is more stable in ur area

Up until 2015, i used to be a Die hard fan of PES till i compared FIFA 15 demo and pes 15 on PS4. The difference is clear. Basically, people hate fifa cos of the control, most naija gamers feel it is complex but you can configure fifa to use your regular PES settings. If you get a chance to download both and test the gameplay, you would spit at anyone who mentions PES.

Konami mucked up PES when they changed the gameplay from the PS2 pattern. The best PES since 7th Gen is PES 2013. You felt somewhat in control. Since then, PES has been going downhill in gameplay. The few times I've played PES 2017, gameplay felt so random. Try as I did, I couldn't establish a style of play. The only platform I play PES on is PS2.
As far as current gen is concerned, it's FIFA all the way
