Ibime: Comprehension, comprehension. Try to understand a post before you rush to attack it. Igbo and Igboland are a particular ethnic people in a particular region of a country called Nigeria. Rwanda, on the other hand, is a Country of many ethnic peoples. Whereas the entire country of Rwanda was engulfed in Civil war, the small region of Igboland was attached by all sides of the Nigerian state for 3 solid years. Lives, infrastructure and economy in Igboland were destroyed in that particular region only, and not in any other parts. The point of the Op is that despite such great disadvantage, and with NOOOOO federal reconstruction plans, the Igbo people ,have over the years, regained their prominence, and even surpassed all other regions not affected by the war in the areas of commerce, business enterprise, middle class penetration, home ownership, and in fact, every index of well being and progress. Now, trying to downplay the magnificence of such a feat by comparing it to Rwanda, a country that used her STATE RESOURCES for national reconstruction, smacks of Bad Belle, Sour Grapes. 24 Likes 7 Shares |

expialidocious: hmm... food for thought. Not knowing that the very country they maim and kill for to maintain the status quo has been an anchor to their collective destinies. They whine and whine all day yet cannot summon the courage to say thoughtless of to do what is right. |

Where I come from...we don't only look at the words, we also look at the intentions. Once the intention is wrong, the message is useless.....ATIKU trying so hard to be politically correct for 2019...Only a foolish Ibo will not know that he is only saying this because of election...If he were to be President, he wouldn't even entertain such discussions. |

VIPERVENOM: Fact not insult. Abeg remove your sentimental specs. If you are from the north, educated enough to see through the feudal curtain you will acknowledge the fact and be mad at who is responsible for this and vow that it stops herewith. You don't need an Atiku to tell you this. |

..after the war...the igbos forfeited most investment they own outside thier region...the igbos who only had biafra currencies after the war,as it was exchange by the biafra govt b4 the war at 1 to 1 of naira...even though a lot of biafra see whr having milions of the biafra currencies, they were asked by the fed govt to exchange them back to the naira at any amount of currency to 200 naira...industria where flattened out...the region was crowded by the Nigerian army..without any work..the people resorted to farming...and it takes time for haven't to mature..there was massive hunger..that was where prostitution by the female igbos with the then military men who are the only people in the region with money paid them as salaries started..that is where also the undying desire by the igbos to make it and build houses startrd..since they where then seen as outcast..they resorted to trade Wich knw no barrier...and since then the igbos has got the tag.."traders" |

expialidocious: Part of what you said makes a lot of sense. So, Ndigbo should avoid any other war, because it will result in damage on Igbo establishments and it must be prevented at all cost. |

BluntBoy: Bubu is a bigot and not suitable in a diverse and multicultural society like Nigeria. Bubu is equally a stark illiterate and does not yield to reason. Bubu has not improved nor developed himself beyond being a cow rearer since he left office in 1983. Atiku on the other hand has a sound mind compare to Bubu. Atiku is articulate and by far enlightened than Bubu. Atiku is a wealth and job creator unlike Bubu who has not done any other thing in his life other than getting into the military under quota system and with the minimum certificate(WAEC). Atiku is a more suitable alternative. 1 Like |

We hear you, and what have you done for the NORTH with your $Billions ? I have never seen a Man so Desperate for power like ATIKU! He is ready to say anything just to get there. So as Vice President what did you do to make sure each State takes their Natural Resources? You must think Nigerians are people without Brains. Not even your dogs will Vote for you! A man that has Jumped around every Party in the Country is a Man without Integrity and so you are not fit to lead even a Fly. Spend the rest of your Life doing Philanthropic work by helping the Poor with your vast wealth |

CrtlAltDel: And you are absolutely right. It will cost him and I'm happy you mentioned the west too. Together with the rest of Nigeria we all ignore facts and vote sentimentally. That is why we're the way we are, retrogressive. |

ukonu1995: Thank you jare! Not even his Dogs will Vote for him. If he is the Only person left to Contest then we will go to the Market and pick a Woman to rule instead of Atiku. The man will say anything just to Rule. Here is a man that has Jumped around every Party in Nigeria, such a man is without any Integrity. With all his $Billions What has he done for the NORTH? He must think Nigerians are stupid. |
