I have been buying used TV from Alaba ever before I met Acunon. Immediately I met him, I stopped doing business with others because of the confidence I had on him then. I have done lots of transactions with running into millions of naira but most of these transactions left me with soar taste in the mouth.

Recently, I paid for 3 Tvs for N1.35m, I asked him to ship the items to the north after inspection. i allowed him to do the packaging and shipping feeling nothing unusual will happen. Alas! when the Tvs arrived the destination, one of them was not what I paid for. The user immediately called my attention. I was left shocked and disappointed with what happened.

The Tv was returned, the buyer is a good customer of mine, I had to quickly packaged my own Tv I was using at home as replacement of the one that was returned in other not to damage my reputation.

I took the rejected Tv home for my own use. Two days into usage, the Tv stopped working, I called the attention of Acunon. He asked that the Tv be brought to Alaba for either repair or replacement. The tv has been with him for over 3 weeks now, the only things he tells me is one excuse or the other. No refund, no repair and no replacement.

After getting frustrated with the matter, I got no option than to report the matter to SFIU in Melvaton in Ikoyi.

This his attitude has been a recurring decimal any time you buy an item and there is issue with it.

Acunon customer service or after sale service is zero. So be warn!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank God u admitted we have done lots of business. U claimed I swapped the Tv with mine, This was not done in a willing manner, it was done to save my image. Remember after using the tv for few hours, I reported to u about having s slight different in color between the left and the right side of the screen. When the Tv finally packed up, I was without a tv in my house for 2 days, I have to buy another tv from you. As am writing this, I have not seen any effort from you on how to compensate me, instead, u are here showing your high headedness for your prospecting and potential customer to see.

Thanks for the word of encouragement. But some peers here failed to understand that tokunbo is not brand new, some one will expect a tv to come with the exact base of what he saw online even seeing images of it and on arrival will reject it with full force. The case of the first complainer is what I tend to resolve as that has been made me focus on the problem. The second actually saw what full Images and video of the base and tv in multiple formats and didn't reject but as soon as he saw the base he wants to return the entire tv because of the base that came with it. The worst is that they do call me a liar when they see images and even video to certify that it's the actual base. It is very painful and disturbing. I have been enduring this for a very long time, I will just have to say my mind before they kill me before my time

Shocking response... Was hoping for something more positive and sincere. Very well; tomorrow, I'll make my case.

I have really tried to make people here as happy as ever, but some times what I get from few is frustrating. Some one will just have a mind set to ruin a thread created for long. It pains me alot seeing this irrelevant complaint, if it was a tv with issue I would had obliged for it to be sent back and fix. @Alkanoise, pls I will advise that you stop this unnecessary talk here so as not to derail my thread. I have pretty done well on my part but I don't think a single base would bring this conflict here.
