BENEFITS OF THE IJMB PROGRAM Annually, more than 1.5 million students do enroll for the UTME(JAMB) with the intention of securing admission into their institution of choice. Unfortunately most of them don’t get to realize this dream. Some students have written the UTME(JAMB) more than once and are almost giving up on their aspirations of studying in a tertiary institutions. All these might be due to center issues or unforeseen circumstances. Are you a victim of all these? worry Not, because we at alevelsprogramme.com are committed to helping you gain admission into 200 level in any university of your choice in Nigeria. No jamb result is needed. Although you have to purchase the JAMB direct entry form to compliment your IJMB result. IJMB fees is not too different from pre-degree. Pre-degree form is #10,000 while the IJMB form is #8,000. IJMB school fees ranges from 130k-150k, but you can pay that of IJMB in installments meaning you can pay half now and pay the rest later. The IJMB results lasts for about five(5) years. DISCLAIMER- candidates should be informed that many educational institutes/individuals claim to be registering candidates for the IJMB program . Good evening guys, Here I am again... 1. In 24 days, a radioactive isotope decreases in mass from 64g to 2g. What is the halflife of the radioactive material? 2. The count rate of an alpha particle source is 400 per minute. If the half life of the source is 5 days, what would be the count rate per minut after 15 days? 3. 0.46g of ethanol when burned raised the temperature of 50g of water by 14.3k. Calculate the heat of combustion of ethanol. (O=16, H=1, Specific heat capacity of water = 4.2JgK^-1 |

SegunFlames: Actually, UI's admission quota for Medicine & Surgery is 180. As MDCN stated. But its left to UI whether to admit to full capacity or not. |

Bobola07: If you read what Dr SegunFlames wrote. 'UTME' quota is 120-130. No doubt the overall is 180, the remaining is left for DE's and Transfer students. 2 Likes |

Help a sis please..... 0.16g of methane when burnt increases the temperature of 100g of water by 40 degree centigrade, what is the heat of combustion of methane if the heat capacity of the water is 4.2jg/10/c |
Re: University Of Ibadan(UI) 2017/2018 Admission Thread by Mobuoy19: 4:28pm On Sep 27, 2017 |
JoyceTed: Q= MC∆θ Heat loss by methane = Heat gained by water M=100g, C= 4.2, ∆θ= 40°C H= 100 X 4.2 X 40 H= 16800J ≡ 16.8KJ 0.16g --------> 16800 16g(Rmm of CH4)---------> (16 x 16800)/ 0.16 = 1680000J ≡ 1680KJ ∴ the heat of combustion of methane is 1680KJ 1 Like |

It seems that UI is going to defy JAMB's order that DECISIONS ON FIRST CHOICE CANDIDATES MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE 15th OCTOBER 2017. Many universities have even conducted their PUME exams or at least released their exam date. Who has any idea when the UI PTUME exam is likely to hold? |
