Both of them are decent people who cared about each other, pushed to the wall. If someone brought a video of you and your husband at your worst, neither of you would look good. The video just made things look bad. Don't look at the entertainment value of this, because there for the grace of God, goes you, I and anyone
The woman that blocked an old lady from leaving a room in such a manner is not a decent person, please let us call what is bad bad instead of calling it not good.
Women rationalizing this behaviour should remember they have male family members and will have sons one day too.
It is one thing to abuse an old person, it is another to block her coming out of the room in the manner she did. Regardless of how fiery the woman is or what she said and did, this wife or baby mama sunk to sone serious depths.
In fact I seriously doubt she respects her own mum sef, she was just spoiling for a fight and looking to bait her unfortunate partner who has to be given a lot of credit for showing the restraint he did. I cannot in truth allow any woman to barricade my mum in a room, I will have to do my time in jail for pushing her out of the way.
we are all praying to get old, regardless of the mistake we make in wh at we say or do when we are old, the age factor should matter in the way we are cautioned.
Make una siddon dey look, the next generation of women will pay you back and with change.

So you know them? grin

Well I did say that I'm sure the man and his mom aren't saints here.

But the rest of my comment was based on what I could see in the video

I am not sure who quoted me in the same post as you and I would love to respond but it seems that the comment has been taken down.

But why did the man claim she's just a baby mama but in actually sense they were legally married? The issue is kinda complicated because the video is just one side of the story but that notwithstanding, the lady went too far.

Where is Segun Gele's proof that they are divorced? The guy is mostly speculating jare and looking for attention. He should not be commenting on such a topic like this. His dates don't add up. Training the woman through school is 4yrs alone. Then they have an 18month old. They were married in 2013. Do your math. Segun should hold his mouth and hear from both sides before making a video.

Did you watch the entire video you quoted? Segun the videomaker says he knows - and recently talked to - the man in the middle if the drama. He said Andrew and the woman divorced but once he found out around the same time that she was four months pregnant, he suggested they share a house just for the sake of his child. (This is why in Islam there is supposed to be a 3-month separation period before final divorce. But I digress.)

Segun the host of the video broke it down further that this spiteful ex-wife wanted Andrew's mother out of the house to make room for her Nigerian friend who was coming to America to have a baby! That's it. That's the koko of the matter right there.

There is also a response to someone - maybe the girl herself or maybe her sister - who appears to be spamming everywhere fighting people online. . . asking Segun to produce his 'papers' before he can comment. undecided

With all the feminazi on the rise, it would be easy for him to be charge with assault if she reports it , guys in the west get raped by the law, thanks to radicals so it's expected for him to do that, though if she assaulted the mom and he has evidence he can arrest her too, but she would get a light punishment.

It's not believing what I wish. It's what happened in the video. She also responded by saying, *you want me to leave this house. He said yes. You are not my wife, I have not married you. You are just a baby mama*.

I don't think anyone will say such a thing out of anger. Even if he did, she would have responded that she was his wife. It could be the video was made before they married if what you are saying is true. You can also post the video of their wedding on YouTube. I don't believe that couple are married though.
Onegai is right though their wedding video is on YouTube. According to segungele, they were once married but they got divorced after, but the man Andrew Osazuwa found out that she was pregnant with his child after the divorce and decided to make things work because of the baby. So officially she wasn't his wife at that moment. I don't know what to say about this as I don't want to judge the baby mama and I don't want to judge the MIL but I am sorry calling some one to lie that she was been beaten up when we could all see she wasn't beaten is bad one and it's an insult on victims of domestic violence. People fought a lot to get justice for this women so it's wrong for one woman to make it trivial by lying.

Lol.
1) from her agility, She can probably beat both of them up. So no one will believe that her I was beaten up story. At least I don't.

2) She's obviously disrespectful of the woman and the man too.

3) she's also a liar (from the video). She wasn't beaten in this video and she was saying she was. Umm.

4) are people assuming she's a nurse because she's wearing scrubs? Umm.
My points exactly! She lied about being beaten up and that enough has lost any ounce of sympathy for her. She looks like someone that could beat anyone up. The same thing I told my friend, the cloth she is wearing doesn't make her a nurse(well if she is, her business, nurses are good people so it's only jealous people that would attribute this to nursing). And according to segungele who initially posted the video before taking it down, he said he was told that she(Jumoke) wanted to take delivery of her friend who obviously doesn't have money to pay an American hospital but she wants to have her baby in America (If it is true, shey na by force to born pikin for America when you can't even afford it? The money for plane and all sorts will get her a good hospital in Nigeria). So due to this, the lady needed mama out of the house because she needed the room for her friend whom she wants to take delivery for, something which I am sure it's illegal.

If the man had not recorded it, she would have claimed that the man abused her and fake feminists would have started masturbating on this thread with the word "a man who beats a woman is a beast". And what pains me is the self righteous spineless men who join these women to castigate their fellow men without bothering to hear the full story. Their argument is always "no matter what, you should never lay your hands on a woman".

If we don't start judging cases of domestic violence by listening to every side of the story, we will continue to encourage women to be abusive. Imagine, without that evidence, she would have inflicted injuries on herself and started playing the victim's card.

As for not laying hand in your woman, that is still the best option. Imagine if this man had lose his cool and beat her, do you know what would have happened ? It could result to injuries or death. So who bears the bunt ? Still the man. Better to send her packing or use any appropriate means, that way you still retain your respect than engaging a woman in a fight that'll reduce you to redicule.

One thing men don't understand is that women respect men(husband) who don't beat or pick fight with them. Openness is very important in a relationship. But, try to reserve some, once in a while exhibits them. Don't be predictable partner always.

I never said anyone should abuse anyone. I only said people should stop passing quick judgement. If the man had not recorded the act, she would have run to social media to claim that he abused her and spineless men would have rallied around her screaming "no matter what, a man should never lay his hands on a woman".

If we continue to behave this way, we will continue to allow women to be aggressors who could easily pretend to be victims by simply lying. The woman in the video already knew that the law favored her, that society favored her, that was why she could even think to lie when she was the one being aggressive. If you have two children and you tell the boy that "on no condition should you hit your sister", you have already put him in a cage and given the girl enough room to be lawless knowing that the boy has been handicapped by your law.

There was a conference I attended and a feminist said, "I tell my boys to never hit their sisters" and I ask her, "so what do you tell your girls?" If we don't fight the imbalance in the way we pass judgement with regard to cases of domestic violence, it would continue to be a serious menace. Many say "on no condition should a man hit a woman" and I say, "on no condition should anyone abuse anyone.

Domestic violence includes:

Physical - even the slightest push, or grabbing collars which women do.

Verbal - insults, nagging, etc.

Emotional

Economical - Denying him/her money as punishment.

Denying him/her sex.

Throwing him/her out of the house.

Locking him/her inside or outside the house.

Domestic violence involves a lot of acts which both males and females can be guilty of. So, why should only men be limited with the clause "on no condition..."? r

Follow come o, nursing o, it doesn't matter. This thing was always going to be disrespectful, lying and conniving in whatever circumstance she found herself. I bet you she doesn't truly respect her own mother sef and was just using her as an excuse.
You have to feel sorry for her child, look at who has to teach her about and guide her through life

Training the woman through school is 4yrs alone. Then they have an 18month old. They were married in 2013. Do your math. Segun should hold his mouth and hear from both sides before making a video.

1. They have filed for divorce, but the divorce has not been finalized. In US Law, until the divorce settlement, the marital home is joint property. He cannot throw her out.

2. She did not tell the police that he was beating her. She told the police that she was in a domestic abuse situation. When asked if it was with the husband, she said, "NO, MORE LIKE THE BABY'S FATHER'S MOTHER". So the fact is that she was not trying to stitch the man up.

3. It is likely that the mother-in-law is involving herself in the divorce and probably the child custody issue. That would explain why the whereabouts of the girl's mother was mentioned, and why the girl is so animated about what is being said (if the mother-in-law is a threat to custody of the 18-month-old baby).

4. I don't know why the man called his mother out of the room, instead of waiting until the police arrived.

5. The man laid his hands on her a couple of times, despite his repeated claims that "his hands are in the air". He was too angry to control himself. That is when the girl said to somebody on her phone that her ex was beating her up. It wasn't said to the police. I think her intention was to scare him into leaving her alone. It worked. He had been getting to the point of losing it.
