The opening page is just his whacky idea to get traffic....
To load any module, click on the module, wait for all the trouble on the blog to load, then u'll see skip the Ad @ the top right corner of ur screen.... Click on it....

hmmmmmm this fadama na troubleshooting o0 but never the less N1.5m no be small money.

but my question here is how many phases does this fadama have cos i see that if we finish wit this one they will bring another one . think of 18 state , think how many local government,think of how many location and how many applicant chaiiii.when will this things ends??

I doubt about them going round to check the land because they said accepting and acknowledgement of module is the last stage to fund dirbusentment.also,they divide the money into trenchs so that when they give u the 1st amount,you most do something tangible b4 the second amount.like my own they divide the payment in to 4 category.

I concur to ur comment.
After first tranche, you will have to come back with an evidence or better still they go with you to check on how the first tranche was spent before the second tranch
